Leder fra LaRouchePAC, 14. maj, 2018 – Schiller Instituttet er begyndt at cirkulere en resolution i hele Latinamerika, der har til hensigt at fremme en bred debat om, hvorfor områdets nationer må tilslutte sig Silkevejsånden og arbejde sammen med Kinas Bælte & Vej Initiativ. Resolutionen har titlen: »En appel til regeringerne, nationerne og folkeslagene i Latinamerika: Videnskaben om at afslutte fattigdom; Hvis Kina kan gøre det, hvorfor kan vi så ikke også?«

Resolutionen bemærker, at 200 million af de 600 million indbyggere i Latinamerika og Caribien officielt klassificeres som fattige. »Fattigdom er ikke en naturlig tilstand for menneskeheden«, fremhæver erklæringen; den kan udryddes på én generation, som Kina har gjort. »Kina har reduceret antallet af fattige mennesker fra 875 million i 1981 til 30 million i 2018 – en reduktion på 97 %! – iflg. Verdensbankens statistik. Og Xi Jinpings regering er forpligtet over for fjernelse af fattigdom overhovedet, frem til 2020. Hvis Kina kan gøre det, hvorfor kan vi så ikke?«, spørger resolutionen.

Resolutionen diskuterer dernæst, hvordan Kina har opnået dette. »Som Kina har vist, kan fattigdom fjernes med en økonomisk plan, baseret på udryddelse af spekulation og fremme af videnskabelig innovation og introduktion af de mest avancerede teknologier«, såsom byggeri af et stort netværk af højhastigheds-jernbanelinjer over hele landet. »Kinas fremgangsmåde er i overensstemmelse med den systemiske udvikling af videnskaben om fysisk økonomi, som økonom Lyndon LaRouche hen over fem årtier har udviklet og udbredt.«

Kina udvider nu sin økonomiske succes over hele planeten gennem Bælte & Vej Initiativet, som de latinamerikanske nationer må tilslutte sig, erklærer resolutionen. Anmodningen slutter med en appel i tre punkter:

»Vi opfordrer vore regeringer til fuldt og helt at tilslutte sig Bælte & Vej Initiativet … På denne måde vil vores ungdom, i stedet for fattigdom og narkotika, have en fremtid med store infrastrukturprojekter.

Vi opfordrer vore politiske partier, erhvervssammenslutninger, fagforeninger og andre organisationer til at fremme en bred, national diskussion for at lære om BVI og videnskaben om fysisk økonomi, der ligger til grund for BVI, og til indtrængende at opfordre vore regeringer til at tilslutte sig. Vi vil ikke længere tolerere tomme taler om demokrati og korruption. Tiden er kommet til at gøre en ende på fattigdom – og gøre en ende på de regeringer, der tolererer den.

Vi opfordrer de økonomer, journalister og andre meningsdannere – der foretrækker at ty til ideologiske slogans og geopolitiske argumenter, der har til formål at afvise Kinas beviste succes uden overhovedet at gøre sig den ulejlighed, så meget som at diskutere det – til i det mindste at have så megen intellektuel ærlighed, at de offentligt diskuterer disse ideer – der, trods alt, involverer den menneskelige arts overlevelse – med repræsentanter for Schiller Instituttet, enten personligt eller gennem elektronisk opkobling til en international videokonference.«

Resolutionen er begyndt at cirkulere bredt i flere latinamerikanske lande, både gennem de sociale medier og direkte distribuering på politiske møder og stævner. For eksempel blev, under en march i forbindelse med en politisk kampagne i Colombia, 450 eksemplarer af resolutionen uddelt som flyveblad til deltagerne

14. maj, 2018 – Den administrerende direktør for Verdensfødevareprogrammet, David Beasley, har netop 8.-11. maj gennemført et besøg i Nordkorea for at vurdere behovet for nødforsyninger af fødevarer dér. I et interview 12. maj til Kinas Tv-netværk CGTN sagde Beasley, at han ikke havde fundet nogen trussel om hungersnød i D.P.R.K., men derimod en stor trussel om, og eksistensen af, under- og fejlernæring.

Korrespondent Hou Nu spurgte Beasley om hans opfattelse af de »fremtidige udsigter for samarbejde«, efter han havde talt med repræsentanter fra Kinas Landbrugsministerium, og, om Kinas »erfaring inden for fattigdomsreduktion« kunne hjælpe andre lande i verden.

»Kina er en fantastisk succeshistorie med hensyn til at adressere sult i verden. Vores mål er at afslutte sult i verden frem til 2030«, svarede han. »Det kan vi ikke gøre uden Kina. Og Kina har været en model for resten af verden at følge mht. … at afslutte sult. For, raten af alvorlig fattigdom er netop faldet – det er uden fortilfælde – for over 800 million mennesker! Og under mine møder med Kinas ledere, siger jeg: ’Ligesom USA gjorde for årtier siden, [med] denne succes, må I hjælpe resten af verden. Og vi må gå i partnerskab sammen, så vi kan afslutte sult i alle lande i verden, og jeres succes er en model, der bør gentages’.«

Det er fuldt ud og rimeligt udregnet, at de politiske forholdsregler, som prinsen og hans medskyldige har vedtaget og i øjeblikket er i færd med at gennemføre i verden, ville, om dette fik lov at finde sted, reducere befolkningstallet på denne planet fra de nuværende omkring 5,3 mia. mennesker til langt under 1 mia. inden for omkring to generationer, hovedsageligt gennem den hyperbolske og selvaccelererende virkning af hungersnød og epidemiske sygdomme hos mennesker, dyr og planter. Under omstændigheder, fremkaldt som et biprodukt af et sådant koncentreret chok til alle højere livsformers immunsystem, er det på ingen måde garanteret, at der overhovedet ville eksistere mennesker ved slutningen af det forestående århundrede, hvis prinsen og hans medskyldige ikke stoppes og politikkerne omstødes, nu. Sammenlign denne strategiske vurdering af Lyndon LaRouche fra 1994 med den, som blev præsenteret af Maria Zakharova, talskvinde for det Russiske Udenrigsministerium, 19. april, 2018, i det afsnit, der bærer overskriften, »The Political Crimes of the U.K.«. Sammenlign nu begge disse tekster med den gentagent erklærede, britiske politik for at ødelægge Donald Trumps præsidentskab, hvor denne politiks mest skamløse trussel kom i en artikel af BBC-journalist Paul Wood, udgivet i londonavisen Spectator 21. januar, 2017 – dagen efter Donald Trumps indsættelse – under hovedoverskriften, »Vil Donald Trump blive myrdet, afsat ved et kup eller simpelt hen afsat gennem en rigsretssag?«

Med alt dette, der står fuldstændig klart for jeres indre øje – og som får yderligere kraft gennem bevidstheden om, at Kina og Rusland begge har handlet for at erstatte det bankerotte Britiske Imperium med et Nyt Paradigme – opfordrer vi jer, damer og herrer i læserskarens internationale jury, til at handle i overensstemmelse hermed.

Vært Matthew Ogden: Som I ser her på skærmen, er titlen på aftenens udsendelse »Storbritanniens forbrydelser er afsløret!«. Som Helga Zepp-LaRouche forudsagde for et par uger siden, så er, med hele litaniet af svindelnumre, der nu er afsløret som totale løgne, fra det ubekræftede og slibrige Christopher Steele-dossier, som er så centralt for Russiagate-operationen her i USA, til den angivelige Skripal-forgiftning i England og frem til Assads såkaldte angreb på sit eget syriske folk med »kemiske våben«, briterne kommet i front og centrum. Vasly Vereshchagin: ‘The Devil’s Wind’

Then, a week prior to that, the Russian Foreign Ministry had
issued a statement calling into question whether British
intelligence had actually been responsible for orchestrating the
nerve agent attack on the Skripals — the father and his daughter
— as a provocation to attempt to start a war with Russia.
Here’s what Sergey Lavrov had to say.  He said, “There are other
explanations besides those that were put forward by our Western
colleagues, who declare that it can only be the Russians who are
responsible.”  He said, “Experts say that it would be highly
advantageous to the British security services as well, who are
well known for their capacity to act with a ‘license to kill’.
It could also be advantageous to the British government, who
clearly find themselves in a difficult situation, having failed
to fulfill their promises to voters over Brexit.  In the times of
the Cold War, there were some rules.  But now, Britain and the
United States have dropped all propriety.”  Then the Russian
Foreign Ministry put out a statement demanding that the burden of
proof lay on the British, not the Russians, to prove that they,
in fact, were not responsible for poisoning the Skripals.  What
the Russian Foreign Minister said is that they demanded that
London prove that British secret intelligence agents weren’t
responsible for poisoning the Skripals.  Here’s the text of a
statement [Fig. 2] that was put out by the Russian Foreign
Ministry.  They said:
“An analysis of all the circumstances, leads us to think of
the possible involvement in the Skripal poisoning by the British
intelligence services.  If convincing evidence to the contrary is
not presented to the Russian side, we will consider that we are
dealing with an attempt on the lives of our citizens as a result
of a massive political provocation.”
So, that was March 28th.  It’s clear.  The Russians are not
pulling any punches when it comes to calling out the British and
identifying the methods that British intelligence is notorious
for using to stage provocations; what they called “massive
political provocations” intended to pull the world into a World
War.  And it has to be understood as such; there is nothing short
of that as the intended goal.  As Theresa May herself declared,
her ambition is to re-establish the British as what she called “a
global Britain”; to re-establish the global power of the British
Empire.
It’s clear that the Russians have made a decision at the
very highest levels of their government, to openly go after the
British Empire by name.  It doesn’t seem that they intend to
retreat from that strategy.
A major development occurred yesterday afternoon, where, in
an extensive press briefing, the spokeswoman for the Russian
Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, waged a full frontal attack on
the British Empire by name, and its record of genocide, coups
d’état around the world, and targeted political assassinations.
She presented a 17-page dossier that went through a litany of
British crimes and British killing.  It was a no-holds barred
presentation.  Now, because you’re guaranteed not to see coverage
of this presentation on your local cable news network, or in the
Washington Post or the New York Times, we’re going to share
with you an extensive selection from this press briefing.  Not
everything, because we definitely would not have time.  But I
just want to give you a taste of what Foreign Ministry
spokeswoman Maria Zakharova when through in this press briefing.
Under the subhead “Political Crimes Committed by the UK”,
this is what she had to say:
“And now I am asking everyone to fasten their belts. During
a briefing on the OPCW report held for the international
diplomatic community on April 13, UK Ambassador to Russia Laurie
Bristow said that ‘the Russian state has a record in
state-sponsored assassinations including in the UK.’ It is not
the first Russophobic statement made by a UK official, or, for
that matter, not the first UK statement that is an offense to
law, standards of decency or any morals. But it’s not the main
point. Let’s put aside morals and the law and talk about something
different. Maybe the UK Ambassador does not know his own country’s
history, role and involvement in processes that took place in
other countries over the past centuries. I don’t think Mr. Bristow
is to blame for absence of law in the UK. He probably just doesn’t
know his country’s history. I think now is the time to fill this
cognitive vacuum and tell the world something about Britain’s
history and its international activities and their consequences.
Let us talk about state contracts, assassinations and Britain’s
reputation.
“Let’s start with modern history. It is not a common subject,
but Britain was one of the most ruthless metropolises in terms of
the repressive actions it took in its colonies and dependent
territories. On November 22, 2017, British journalist and writer
Afua Hirsch wrote in the Guardian that ‘from the Norman
conquest of Ireland in the 12th century, the English began
imagining themselves as the new Romans, persuading themselves
they were as duty-bound to civilize “backward” tribes as they
were destined to exploit their resources, land and labour.’
“This accepted view of Britain’s history completely
overshadows some inconvenient facts. If the motive is what
matters most of all, nobody wants to know the details. But today
we will be speaking about details. The establishment of
concentration camps in the Boer War that later inspired the Nazis
death camps, the cultural annihilation of kingdoms and palaces
from Ashanti to Beijing, British army massacres in Ireland and
the devastation of Bengal, the industrial-scale exploitation of
natural resources and the slave trade. These are only the most
glaring facts.
“The impact of colonial rule in India was extremely
devastating. In 1930, American historian Will Durant published a
book about the history and life in India, The Case for India.
His study of India brought him to the following conclusion: ‘The
more I read the more I was filled with astonishment and
indignation at the apparently conscious and deliberate bleeding
of India by England throughout a hundred and fifty years. I began
to feel that I had come upon the greatest crime in all history.’
“Britain has left fault lines across the globe, which is
most acutely felt in the South Asian subcontinent, where a single
nation was forcibly split into two in 1947. Today each of these
parts is overcoming the consequences of the British colonial
‘legacy’ on its own. Member of Parliament, former UN
Under-Secretary General Shashi Tharoor, an astute statesman who
once ran for UN Secretary-General and deservedly enjoys respect
the world over has repeatedly stated that the British authorities
suffer from ‘historical amnesia’ as regards their imperial
atrocities. One has to agree.  Speaking at Oxford on July 22,
2015, he said: ‘India’s share of the world economy when Britain
arrived on its shores was 23%. By the time the British left it
was down to below 4%. Why? Simply, because India had been governed
for the benefit of Britain. Britain’s rise for 200 years was
financed by its depredations in India.’  According to Dr.
Tharoor, in fact, Britain’s industrial revolution was actually
premised upon the de-industrialization of India. Britain
repeatedly provoked famine in India, which killed between 15
million and 29 million people. The best known famine was that in
Bengal in 1943, when four million Indians died. You could think
this to be just journalistic speculations. But no. Addressing the
Speakers Research Initiative on July 24, 2015, Indian Prime
Minister Narendra Modi stressed that the discourse by Dr. Shashi
Tharoor met the aspirations of his country’s citizens. I am saying
this to you, Mr. Bristow.
“In his book Inglorious Empire released in 2017, Dr.
Tharoor cited the atrocities of the British Empire, stating that
the former British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, should be
regarded as one of the cruelest dictators of the 20th century.
This is what Churchill said in a conversation with Secretary of
State for India and Burma Leopold Amery: ‘I hate Indians. They
are a beastly people with a beastly religion. The famine was
their own fault for breeding like rabbits.’ This is not what we
are saying, nor are these our inventions. It’s a fact.
“The Russian artist Vasily Vereshchagin has a famous
picture, ‘The Devils Wind.’ This is not a symbolic comparison.
The canvas shows a type of execution invented by the British to
crush the 19th Century Sepoy Mutiny in India (1884) … A victim was tied
to a gun with his back to the muzzle and blown to pieces by a
gunshot. This was one of the most barbaric punishments in the
history of civilizations; aimed not so much at physical
extermination, but intimidation. Even without it, the British had
so many infernal instruments of torture and execution that this
option doesn’t seem so original and, honestly, was rather costly
for the Brits. But from the religious and caste point of view,
this method of putting to death is absolutely unacceptable for
Indians. Their bodies were blown to pieces and the dead were
buried together regardless of caste, which is radically at
variance with the Indian tradition.
“Yet another episode of the same kind occurred in Amritsar,
Punjab, on April 13, 1919, when 50 British troops under
Brigadier-General Reginald Dyer fired their rifles without
warning at pilgrims celebrating Baishakhi, the Punjabi harvest
and New Year festival, at the centrally located Jallianwala Bagh
public garden. The gathering was mostly made up of women and
children. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that
these British subjects were acting on direct orders of the
British authorities. According to the British government, 379
people were killed and over 1,000 wounded. The Indian National
Congress said 1,000 people were killed and 1,500 wounded.
Regrettably, millions of Indians were to fall victim to the acts
committed by the British authorities, including mass executions
by a firing squad, during at least several decades after these
sad events.
“Africa has also suffered its share of British abuses. Some
13 million Africans have been removed from the continent as
slaves. The number of Africans who died in that period is three
or four times larger than the number of those who were removed
from the continent. In other words, the overall number of victims
runs into tens of millions of people. It is notable that English
philosopher John Locke, who advanced the theory of civil society
and whose works influenced those who wrote the US Constitution,
was a major investor in Britain’s slave trade. It is a fact.
“The number of Africans who died in that period is three or
four times larger than the number of those who were removed from
the continent. In other words, the overall number of victims runs
into tens of millions of people. It is notable that English
philosopher John Locke, who advanced the theory of civil society
and whose works influenced those who wrote the US Constitution,
was a major investor in Britain’s slave trade. It is a fact.
“The British were among the first to invent concentration
camps for civilians in the Boer War of 1899-1902. These camps
were created for the civilians who were suspected of sympathizing
with the rebels or who could help them. The British torched their
farms and fields and slaughtered their cattle. Women and children
were separated from men. All this happened long before World War
II. The men were taken to outlying regions or Britain’s other
colonies, such as India or Ceylon.
“When the world learned about this horrible invention of
British military commander, Lord Kitchener, the British
government published an official statement saying that the camps
had been created to keep the peaceful population of the Boer
Republics safe from harm’s way, and the camps were renamed
‘refugee camps.’ This is remindful of the story of the White
Helmets: take militants, extremists and terrorists, put white
helmets on them with ‘Peace’ written on these helmets, and then
use them to stage provocations and present mobile phone footage
of their crimes as evidence of the plight of the civilians who
must be saved. Centuries have passed, yet nothing has changed.
Overall, 200,000 people or half of the white Boer population was
herded into the British camps, where about 30,000 of them died
from disease and hunger.
“Historians believe that Britain is the world’s leader when
it comes to genocide, given the millions of innocent civilians
that have been killed in British colonies.
“According to different estimates, between 90% and 95% of
aborigines were exterminated during the colonization of
Australia. Indigenous Australians were not only killed but also
used for experiments. The British deliberately infected them with
various diseases, primarily pox.
“Remembering the notorious Opium Wars would not come amiss.
London was poisoning Chinese people with drugs for decades.
Britain organized a supply of opium to China making fabulous
profits. The operation also pursued the military-strategic aim of
demoralizing the Chinese army and people, and depriving them of
the will to resist. In a bid to save his country, the Chinese
Emperor in 1839 launched a massive operation to confiscate and
destroy opium stocks in Canton. London retaliated by unleashing
the Opium Wars. China was defeated and had to sign a crippling
peace with Britain.
“|’As long as China remains a nation of opium-smokers there
is not the least reason to fear that she will become a military
power of any importance, as the habit saps the energies and
vitality of the nation.’ This was how Richard Hurst, the British
Consul in China, ended his speech to the Royal Opium Commission
in 1895.   It was not until 1905 that the Chinese authorities
managed to adopt and start implementing a program to gradually
ban opium.
“One more interesting fact: According to the British
national archives declassified in 2014, the British authorities
made wide use of chemical weapons to put down the Arab rebellion
in Mesopotamia (present-day Iraq) in the spring of 1920. Winston
Churchill as Britain’s Secretary of State for War supported ‘the
use of gas against uncivilized tribes.’ According to archives,
Churchill ordered the use of thousands of mustard gas shells
against the rebels. The anti-British rebellion in Iraq claimed
between 6,000 and 10,000 lives, according to various sources, a
negligible number from London’s point of view compared to other
regions.
“Now let’s move on to espionage operations and pinpoint
sabotage and subversive acts. From time immemorial,
representatives of Great Britain have been avid fans of various
kinds of covert operations and targeted subversive acts against
specific individuals as a way to secure political benefits for
Great Britain. This predisposition is richly represented in their
art, things like the James Bond gold collection. This may sound
ridiculous unless you know that the author of the series, Ian
Fleming, had searched through the archives, so Agent 007 in fact
has real prototypes. This anthology of crime, artfully described
by writer and part-time naval intelligence officer Fleming is a
light version for those who are not interested in historiography
“Indeed, the Bondiana is a very symptomatic example of the
British government’s love of such things. Fleming died in 1964,
but what he described lives and thrives. New James Bond episodes
are regularly released, as everyone is used to the superhero.
Times change, the actors and sets change, but the idea remains
unchanged — a British agent, in the service of the Kingdom, gets
nothing less than license to kill. Once again I repeat, this is
not a fictional invention, but a result of work with archival
materials. What we see in the Bondiana is actually taking place
under the cover of MI5 and MI6.
“Thanks to the films, people have a basic understanding of
the license to kill concept — a term denoting the permission
granted by the official government or a state agency to a secret
agent who serves this authority to independently make a decision
on the necessity and expediency of murder to achieve a certain
goal. Once the mission is completed, the agent always returns to
the base.
“It is a pity that in normal life, things are not so
beautiful and dignified.
“And now getting back to reality. The following historical
episodes are not fiction; they are facts. Some of them are
proven, whereas others are highly likely hypotheses put forward
by historians.
“Scotland Yard historians also maintained the British
authorities’ complicity in the murder of Grigory Rasputin.
” [T]here are similar versions regarding the murder of
Russian Emperor Paul I
“Historians also write about the so-called Lockhart
Conspiracy organized in 1918 by the heads of the diplomatic
missions of Britain, France and the USA to Soviet Russia in order
to overthrow the Bolsheviks.
“In 2013, information was made public indicating that the
MI6 intelligence service was the mastermind of the assassination
of Patrice Lumumba, the first democratically elected prime
minister of Congo.
“As time went by, official London and its diplomatic
missions continued to actively meddle in the domestic affairs of
other states and to influence their political regimes. Suffice it
to recall 20th Century events when British secret services ‘took
part’ in staging a coup d’état in Iran in 1953.
“British diplomats working in Moscow are probably listening
and recording all this. They will have to send their report to
London today. I have done my best, and this statement is 17 pages
long. I have one question: Are you proud of your history? Then
you need to make a choice: either you advocate human rights,
international law and democracy, or you are proud of what you did
in the past and continue to do today.
“In August 1953, the CIA and the British Secret Intelligence
Service staged their joint Operation Ajax to overthrow the
government of Mossadegh.
“Although we were members of the Anti-Hitler Coalition, the
UKs behavior during World War II can also hardly be called
equivocal, due to a number of factors. Some historical episodes
give rise to major questions about the essence of the UKs
policies on the international scene. This includes, for example,
Rudolf Hess mysterious flight to the UK on the eve of the German
invasion of the Soviet Union. The history of every country has
some unpleasant facts, for which future generations will have to
pay the price and assume moral responsibility. But the British
secret services have classified all the documents on this case
for 100 years, and this deadline is being extended.
“Another example of subversive operations can be found in
Kim Philby’s book My Silent War, which contains some interesting
evidence. In April 1951, London hosted a meeting of
representatives of the British and US intelligence services
regarding both countries use of Ukrainian nationalist
organizations. Again, everything ties up.  By that time, the
secret services had supported Stepan Bandera’s Organization of
Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) for many years and used them to
recruit agents and obtain intelligence on the USSR. Cooperation
between OUN and the Intelligence Service grew steadily. In 1949
and 1950, several OUN saboteur squads were para-dropped to
Ukraine. In the early hours of May 15, 1951, British secret
services para-dropped three reconnaissance-saboteur squads.
Everyone knows about the atrocities committed by Banderas
supporters, including mass executions of civilians, hundreds of
thousands of men and women, old people and children, Russians,
Ukrainians, Belarusians, Jews, Poles, Czechs, Slovaks and
Yugoslavs, the Volhynia massacre, the murder of Polish
professors, the Katyn tragedy, punitive operations in Slovakia,
Warsaw, and Prague.
“The British authorities actively recruited professional
criminals during their subversive operations. Remember, they told
us that Russia is a criminal state with which there should be no
cooperation? But the British authorities cooperate nicely with
criminals. We are not even talking about White Helmets and people
recruited into this organization who are supported all the same.
Lets talk about ‘mundane’ things. In 1973, Her Majesty’s
Government officially admitted that Kenneth Littlejohn and his
brother Keith had robbed banks in the Republic of Ireland for
over 12 months in order to discredit the Official Irish
Republican Army (IRA). This amounts to classic tactics. Kenneth
Littlejohn claims that he was instructed to kill Sean Mac
Stíofáin, the former chief of staff of the IRA.
“And here is another example: Howard Marx, an Oxford
graduate who became a drug dealer, was recruited for the purpose
of obtaining information about the IRAs weapons supply chain. In
return, the authorities promised not to prosecute him for
drug-related crimes. These are isolated examples.
“By the way, the British government is known to have created
comfortable conditions in the UK for criminals from other
countries. According to the UK Home Offices information for a
period between 2005 and 2012, there were over 700 war crime
perpetrators living in Britain.
“The British authorities also like to use prohibited methods
for treating prisoners, especially when they need to get
information from them. And, of course, nobody has called off the
license to kill.
“We also remember how Qaddafi was removed and that London
applauded the execution of the head of a sovereign state.
“God knows in how many other such cases the UK government is
involved.
“In conclusion, I will provide the ‘deadly list’ of the
prominent and talented people who died a strange death in the UK
in the early 21st Century.”
And among many others, she includes the following case:
“July 2003: a UK authority on biological warfare, David
Kelly, was found dead in Oxfordshire. The inquiry concluded that
he had committed suicide. I would like to remind you that David
Kelly criticized the Tony Blair government and claimed that the
invasion of Iraq in 2003 was based on falsified data. A decade
later, the UK government admitted that the data was indeed
falsified.”
So, in the immortal words of Hans Christian Andersen: “The
Emperor, indeed, has no clothes.”  The crimes of Britain stand
exposed, and, as Helga Zepp-LaRouche said, they have completely
over-extended themselves.  Now, it is up to us to just rip the
mask away, and let the truth stand on its own.  I guarantee you,
just as the American people have never forgiven Tony Blair and
George W Bush for dragging us into war in Iraq on the basis of
damned British lies and a British intelligence hoax, future
civilization will never forgive us for allowing ourselves to be
duped again; this time into starting World War III on the basis
of these same British lies.  It’s time for all of us to, once and
for all, reject the agenda of the failed British Empire, and to
instead embrace the vision of a New Paradigm of great powers’
relationship for the planet, built as Franklin Roosevelt
intended, following the defeat of Hitler in World War II; that
this partnership would be built on the pillars of a relationship
of the United States, Russia, and China.  That this partnership,
this alliance of great powers, would have the power to end the
reign of the British Empire once and for all, by bringing peace
through economic development, and great projects such as the New
Silk Road to the entire planet.
This is the subject of this pamphlet [holds up Four Laws
pamphlet]; this has been in circulation now for almost a year.
This is “America’s Future on the New Silk Road”.  It goes
extensively into the physical economic principles which could be
applied to bring about this kind of great projects, international
development perspective and finally end the legacy of British
colonialism, enforced backwardness, and genocide. This pamphlet
is now going into a second updated printing.  It is incumbent
upon all of us to use this window of opportunity to go into a
mobilization like we never have before.  It’s clear that there is
still a war waging for the soul of this Presidency in the United
States.  Indications are very clear that President Trump himself
is very reluctant to abandon his inclination towards just such a
great powers relationship; a relationship between the United
States and Russia, and the United States and China, to create a
new strategic economic order for the planet.  Despite the
ill-advised attacks under the influence of war-mongers and
neo-cons and British intelligence fellow travelers inside his own
administration, since then he has made it very clear — despite
Nikki Haley’s declaration that there will be another round of
sanctions on Russia.  Trump has contradicted that, and despite
Nikki Haley’s declaration that no, in fact, we will not be
withdrawing our troops from Syria; Trump has contradicted that,
and accused Nikki Haley of being “confused”.
There is a war waging for the soul of this Presidency, and
the stakes could never be higher.  It is our role here in the
United States to make very clear what the positive vision of the
future can be, now that these British lies stand exposed.
What I would like, is to conclude with a clip from a webcast
which Helga Zepp-LaRouche broadcast yesterday, where she
documents exactly this exposure of British crimes, British
hoaxes, and British lies.  She says that now is the time to act
to usher in a New Paradigm for civilization.  So, here’s Helga
Zepp-LaRouche:

  HELGA ZEPP-LAROUCHE:  Well, there is right now, in
certain European political layers, a big debate:  Has the “deep
state” in the United States won already, or is there still some
options that Trump could stick to his announced policies?
Well, obviously the “deep state” is, or what people call the
“deep state,” which is this what President Eisenhower already
pointed to as the “military industrial complex” combined with the
intelligence services belonging to the British Empire faction —
obviously, they’re still very strong.
But on the other side, I think they have never been so
exposed, and at a time when ordinary people have the feeling that
everything is falling apart, — the trust in government is
collapsing, pensions are not seen as secure, there is fear of a
new financial crisis much worse than 2008 — people have a sense
that there really is no institution, I mean, in the West, people
have the sense there is no place they can turn to in terms of
trust.  And in such a moment, when people realize who are the
war-mongers, and that they’re pushing war against Russia using
lies, I think this can completely backfire and once these lies
are being dismantled and ostracized; and the people pushing the
lies are being ostracized, I think there can be a real return to
an international relation among nations, not only reviving the UN
Charter, reviving international law.  But also, I think sometimes
you need a shock like this present experience, to move to a New
Paradigm of international relations.  And I think that is
absolutely something on the horizon.
I mean, you see a dynamic where more and more countries are
not going along any more.  The East European countries, the
Central European countries, the Balkans, the South European
countries, Switzerland, Austria — they all want to have a
different kind of relation, and the more countries have that kind
of determination, and the more countries which are not yet there,
like Germany, France, Great Britain, the more people mobilize and
speak out to stick to the truth — you know, there are many
people in motion right now, there are many appeals being
circulated among people who say “we have to return to reason”; we
have to have to have a good relationship with Russia and China.
Without these two countries, no problem on this planet can be
solved.
And the more people start to engage in such a discourse and
get active; I’m in one sense a Leibnizian, believing that a great
evil always generates the potential for an even greater good,
because that’s the laws of the universe.  I think the universe is
made in such a way that there is this tremendous ability to
improve, to become better; to have higher forms of existence.
And it does require the individual action — it’s not a
dialectical materialism, or historical materialism, which goes by
itself. But there is such a thing as the combination of
objective conditions and subjective intervention. And the
objective conditions do exist.  They exist in the form of a New
Paradigm promoted by all the countries participating in the Belt
and Road Initiative; and if you add to that the subjective
factor, which is the courage of the world-historical individual
acting on the basis of his or her knowledge, I think there is all
the chances that we can move humanity into a more safe historical
period.
So therefore, I can only appeal to you:  Join us.  That’s
the best thing you can do.

  OGDEN:  So, as Helga LaRouche said, with these British
crimes now exposed for the world to see, now is the time to move
decisively into a New Paradigm for civilization.  So, with that

af Hans Schultz fhv. kandidat til Folketings- og Kommunal-valg for Schiller Instituttets Venner, marts 2018 – Lektor emeritus i bioscience fra Aarhus Universitet Per Nørnberg skriver i en kronik i Jyllands-Posten bragt d. 28. februar 2018, at vi grundlæggende set mangler en pest i ny og næ til at reducere verdensbefolkningen med – sikkert lidt ligesom den mørke tidsalder i det 14. århundrede da byldepesten hærgede i Europa. 2,5 mia. mennesker på jorden er, hvad Per Nørnberg stiler efter, hvor andre af lignende overbevisning kan nævne en eller en halv mia. mennesker som deres ‘drømmescenarie’.

Med det menneskesyn, der ligger bag denne tankegang, må man jo konkludere, at Adolf Hitler var en våbenfælle for denne ‘bæredygtige’ verdensorden. Måske med den undtagelse, at Hitler også forårsagede død blandt de forkerte mennesker, såsom europæere og jøder. Per Nørnberg peger nemlig direkte på Afrika som det sted, hvor befolkningen først og fremmest skal reduceres, ud fra hvilket man nødvendigvis må konkludere, at det er udviklingslandene, der er det første mål for reduktion. Altså må disse befolkninger bestå af mennesker af mindre værd end kaukasiske hvide. Dette er en grundtanke bag nazismen, som Per Nørnberg altså fremturer med.

Per Nørnbergs argumenter er et sammensurium af forskellige emner, som klimaforandring, flygtningeproblemer, biodiversitet – ingen overraskelser her – og meget andet mellem himmel og jord. Fælles for det hele er, at Per Nørnberg ikke viser den mindste indsigt i de dybere detaljer for hver enkelt af de sager, han nævner, men agerer som en elefant, der forsøger sig med broderi.

At ressourcer ikke er begrænsede, og at der findes løsninger på verdens fattigdomsproblemer, optræder ikke i Per Nørnbergs optik. For eksempel har Lake Chad-myndigheden netop holdt en succesrig konference om megaprojektet Transaqua, der handler om at omlede en del af vandet fra tilløbsfloderne til Kongofloden op til Chad-søen beliggende mellem Niger, Nigeria, Cameroun og Chad. Dette viser en vej til, hvordan man faktisk kan forbedre levebetingelserne for nogle af de fattigste mennesker på jorden, fremfor at stigmatisere dem, ved at erklære dem som problemet.

Afrika er ikke overbefolket, men mangler derimod udvikling. Og fattigdom er ikke en naturlig konsekvens af demografi eller lignende, men er politisk kunstigt iscenesat. Netop nu er en historisk udvikling i gang, båret af Kinas Bælte og Vej Initiativ (BRI) også kaldt ‘Den Nye Silkevej’, som gør det muligt for verdens fattigste befolkninger en gang for alle at gøre op med fortidens åg fra kolonimagterne og befri sig fra århundreders fattigdom.

Men Per Nørnbergs verdensopfattelse kommer af hans grundlæggende menneskesyn. Et menneskesyn han deler med bl.a. prins Philip Mountbatten, medstifter af Verdensnaturfonden, Adolf Hitler, der vidst ikke behøver yderligere introduktion, samt Winston Churchill, der bl.a. stod for den forcerede udsultning af 4 millioner Bengalere i året 1943 alene. Spørgsmålet er så, om Aarhus Universitet som institution også deler Per Nørnbergs syn. Står Connie Hedegaard, formand for AU’s bestyrelse, på linje med dette syn? Og hvad med de andre universiteter her i Danmark?

Jeg vil gerne opfordre vore læsere til … at læse følgende artikel af min mand, som blev udgivet 30. marts, 1984 … : »Draft Memorandum of Agreement between the United States and the U.S.S.R.« Jeg har altid ment, at dette særlige dokument var et af de mest fremsynede og visionære artikler af de mange, mange skønne artikler, min mand har skrevet i årtiernes løb, for dette var et år efter, at SDI blev foreslået af præsident Reagan. Som vi ved, så var modreaktionen mod dette forslag utroligt. Det kom fra kredsene omkring Bush i Reagan-administrationen, men det kom også fra Ogarkov-lejren i det sovjetiske militær. Så efter et år fremsatte min mand et meget fremsynet forslag, som var ideen om at grundlæggende set at opløse NATO- og Warszawapagt-blokkene; og bruge samarbejdet mellem NATO og Warszawapagten – men i særdeleshed USA og Sovjetunionen – til at udvikle våben baseret på nye, fysiske principper; anvende dem i civilsektoren til at forårsage en videnskabsdrevet virkning; og dernæst bruge den øgede produktivitet i begge økonomier – men især også i den sovjetiske økonomi – til at gennemføre en betydningsfuld overførsel af teknologi til udviklingslandene og overvinde disses underudvikling og ophøre med at bruge udviklingslande til stedfortræderkrige mellem supermagterne. Principperne, der blev fremlagt i denne artikel, for det politiske grundlag for en varig fred, må være alle nationers absolutte, betingelsesløse suverænitet; samarbejde mellem suveræne nationalstater; ubegrænsede muligheder for at deltage i fordelene ved teknologisk fremskridt, til alle og enhvers gensidige fordel; og så fremdeles.

Vært Matthew Ogden: I sin afhandling, »Teatret som en moralsk institution«(original titel: Die Schaubühne als eine moralische Anstalt betrachtet), beskrev den tyske digter fra det 18. århundrede, Friedrich Schiller, noget ironisk klassisk teater og klassisk drama som det område, »hvor alle masker falder. Sminken fjernes. Sandheden er dommer«.

I klassisk drama, såsom i tragedierne i oldtidens Grækenland, eller Shakespeares tragedier, eller Schillers egne tragedier, f.eks.; eller i de største operaer af Giuseppe Verdi for at tage et andet eksempel, blev scenen, den klassiske scene, brugt som instrument for samfundets moralske og æstetiske opdragelse. Tragedie har evnen til at fremkalde i os erkendelsen af vore egne tåbeligheder, de fejl, der findes i os. Og vi ser reflekteret på scenen foran os, de ærefrygtindgydende konsekvenser af disse fejl, disse tåbeligheder, som, ifald de fik lov at bestå, udspilles på vores egen forestillingsevnes scener og tilbagekastes til os i det frygtelige spejl i form af en rædselsvækkende og frygtindgydende forudsigelse. Vi ser nu de faktiske og ligeledes de potentielle, virkelige konsekvenser af et sygt samfunds systemiske tåbeligheder, og af en forfejlet ideologi, som nu udspilles for vore øjne. I kølvandet på de forfærdelige begivenheder i Parkland, Florida, den 14. feb., ser vi nu en generel opvågnen i vores befolkning, en erkendelse af, at der er noget i vores kultur, som er meget, meget sygt; at noget i vores samfund er råddent, og at noget har fået lov til at gå forfærdelig galt, og som har bragt os til dette punkt.

Og det er ikke slut med de forfærdelige begivenheder i Parkland. Vi har netop hørt, i dag, at der er en situation med en aktiv skytte, der fortsat er under udfoldelse på et college i Michigan. Og Parkland var på ingen måde det første skoleskyderi.

Dette er blevet identificeret af guvernør Matt Bevin fra Kentucky, som selv har måttet håndtere et af disse skoleskyderier, på Marshall County High School i januar. Han har identificeret dette som en »dødskultur«, hvor han sagde, at selve værdien af menneskelivet er blevet degraderet.

I want to just play for you a short excerpt from some
remarks that Gov. Matt Bevin had after this school shooting that
occurred in his own state, at Marshall County High School in
Kentucky, and this was weeks before the Parkland shooting even
occurred.  Here’s what Gov. Matt Bevin had to say.

KENTUCKY GOV. MATTHEW BEVIN: Hi this is Kentucky Gov. Matt
Bevin.  I want to start a dialogue with you, I want to start a
conversation about something that is imperative, not only for
Kentucky, but frankly for America.  We have a cultural problem.
The mores of America — there will be many that will confuse that
with morality, although morality is certainly part of it — but
the mores that define who we are and what is or is not
acceptable, what we do or don’t tolerate, where we draw lines and
where we put boundaries, these things have been changing, and not
for the better.
You look at what’s happening in popular culture; this is not
a religious issue.  There’ll be the nay-sayers and the
pooh-pooh’ers who immediately think, “oh, you’re going to talk
about religion.”  I will tell you this, I’m going to talk about
morality.  Because if people don’t believe they have
responsibility to anyone other than themselves, that there is no
pecking order of authority, that there is no absolute right and
wrong, that everything is morally relative, when we live in that
time of morally gelatinous state, we have a problem.  Because
individuals, young and old alike, done assume that their actions
matter in any kind of consequential way beyond that immediate
moment, and that is a problem, and this is what’s happening to
our culture:  We are crumbling from within.  And we are seeing
this throughout our society.  We’re seeing in our classrooms,
we’re seeing it in our communities, and  — let’s be honest — it
starts in our homes.
I am challenging everybody who has anything to do with what
I’m about to say, to take this to heart and let’s start a
conversation.  Look at our popular culture.  Look at our movies,
— the violence, the disregard for the value of human life; we
are becoming increasingly desensitized, our young people are
desensitized to it.  We have a culture of death in America.  We
can pretend we don’t.  We can think that people can separate that
from fiction, from their lives, from that which they see, but if
they’re immersed in it at every turn — in television, in movies,
in music, all of it!  Listen to the lyrics of music today, it
celebrates a culture of death!  Not all of it — fair enough —
but an amazing amount of it.  And parents, I’m asking you to wake
up and be aware of what it is that your children are listening
to.
Do you young people, be mindful of what you put in, because
it becomes a part of your entire physiology, your entire mental
makeup.  It becomes a part of who you are.  You are a creation of
what you surround yourself by.
Parents and others, I’m asking you to look at what kind of
movies you go to see.  For those that produce movies, I’m asking
you, think about what you’re feeding in — I know that we live in
a day and age, where we need to shock people, more than the last
time, or they won’t pay attention, in sensationalism, in the
shock value, maybe gets people to pay attention to something,
puts eyes on something, and you can make a buck.  But at what
price?  It’s robbing us of the very fabric of our nation, and
it’s killing our young people.
Watch the television shows:  We glorify murder, we glorify
killing.  It is becoming increasingly explicit, and we are
desensitizing young people to the actual tragic reality in
permanency of death.  It’s important for us to recognize this.
Look at the video games that are played.  Yes, they may be
marked for “Mature audiences,” but I’m telling you, those of you
who make a dollar producing these movies, and those of you who
buy them and bring them into your homes, you know full well, that
many young people — and old people — are playing these games
and becoming desensitized.  When you get extra points and are
encouraged to brutally kill people, and when the blood and the
mayhem and the carnage is increasingly real, it desensitizes
people.
And if it’s a shock to us now, that suddenly we are seeing a
prevalence of, and increasing amount of this happening, not in a
video game, not on a television show, not in a movie, not in the
lyrics of a song, but in real life as young people act out that
which they are surrounded by, that which they’re immersed in,
this is a cultural problem in America!  And I’m asking the people
who produce this media, the people who produce this
entertainment; I’m asking the people who profit from it; I’m
asking for those of you who are executives in the social media
ranks — and I am a big believer in the Constitution of the
United States, and in our freedom of speech — but we have got to
start to think about the {filth}, let’s be honest, that is
feeding through so many of the mediums, covered and protected by
things that perhaps are not good for us; protected by a
Constitution that is good for us, but creating an end-result that
is not.
What are those boundaries?  I don’t know.  Should there be
any?  Should there be some content that is not given to us, and
to children, without any kind of filter or screen?  These are
conversations we need to have:  It is a cultural problem.
Our culture is crumbling from within, and the cost of it is
high.  The societal and emotional and psychological and moral
cost is becoming more than our nation can bear.
I’ve spent time with mothers and fathers who have lost
children in tragic instances.  And there is no ability, there are
no words to describe the grief of a parent, the grief of a
sibling, the grief of a friend, the grief of classmate, of a
teacher, of a community, who have lost someone that is an
immediate part of their family or their community.
Something has to be done.  Let’s start a dialogue.  How
exactly it forms, I don’t know.  But I’m calling on other
governors, I’m calling on the President of the United States, I’m
calling on our U.S. Congress; I’m calling on anyone who’s in a
position of influence, every superintendent, every CEO of every
media company that produces a video game, that is violent in its
nature, the movie producers that make the movies, the record
producers who produce the music that we listen to — all of you
— we’ve got to step up.  We’re the adults, let’s act like it!
Let’s step forward, let’s start a conversation, and let’s figure
out how to try to repair this fabric of America, that’s getting
shredded beyond recognition.

OGDEN:  Now, Gov. Matt Bevin did something very unique
there.  Instead of what we’ve become accustomed to, in the
aftermath of one of these horrific events, to point at one or
another scapegoat, or one or another mechanism that failed, or
one or another thing that maybe went wrong, we fail to perhaps
consider that the fault lies within ourselves, that the fault
lies within our own culture.
Now, it’s obviously unspeakable beyond words, for an event
like one of these mass shootings or school shootings to occur
even once, as we were horrified to witness.  But it is absolutely
inconceivable that we’ve allowed these shootings to occur, again,
and again, for now almost 20 years, since the first high-profile
event happened at Columbine High School, in Littleton, Colorado
in 1999,  — almost 20 years ago.  But the tragedy lies in the
fact that it didn’t just happen once, it happened over and over,
and that the society which witnesses each one of these events
might be appalled and outraged, but the underlying cause remains
unaddressed.
As the father of one of the victims in the Parkland shooting
said, in tears, during a listening session that President Trump
hosted at the White House, with family members of the victims, he
said, “My child is dead!  I will never, ever see her again.  But
why — why do we keep letting this occur?  Why does this keep
happening to so many people?”  And he vowed that he will not
sleep until something substantive has been done to prevent this
from ever happening again.
Now President Trump has responded to this, to Parkland in a
way that no previous President has, frankly.  In addition to this
listening session, which he hosted at the White House, he’s held
multiple meetings with members of Congress, with governors, with
state and local elected officials to discuss actual solutions,
emphasizing that something needs to be done.  Action is needed,
and not just posturing and not just political talk which will
make us feel as if we are doing something, he said, but we must
actually do something.  So, while many of the so-called solutions
which have been put on the table are practical, and specific,
such as hardening sites, and increasing police presence, and
improving the early warning system to prevent persons, like this
shooter, for example, from slipping through the cracks when there
were many, many warning signs stretching over years — for the
first time, in addition to these practical solutions, which are
necessary — for the first time, in addition to this, the more
systemic and underlying problems of the culture have now been put
on the table, along the lines of what Gov. Matt Bevin has raised.
I’d like to share with you, first, a short clip from a
roundtable that President Trump held state and local officials on
Feb. 22nd; this occurred at the White House, where President
Trump himself, goes right to the core of this pervasive culture
of violence, which is promulgated through popular entertainment.
Listen to what President Trump had to say:

PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: We have to look at the internet,
because a lot of bad things are happening to young kids and young
minds, and their minds are being formed.  And we have to do
something about maybe what they’re seeing and how they’re seeing
it.  And also video games:  I’m hearing more and more people say,
the level of violence in video games is really shaping young
people’s thoughts.
And then you go the further step, and that’s the movies, you
see these movies, they’re so violent, and yet, a kid is able to
see the movie if sex isn’t involved.  But killing is involved.
And maybe they have to put a rating system for that.  And you get
into a whole, very complicated, very big deal, but the fact is
that you are having movies come out that are so violent, with the
killing and everything else, that maybe that’s another thing
we’re going to have to discuss.  And a lot of people are saying,
you have these movies today where you can go and have a child see
the movie, and yet it’s so violent and so disgusting, so we may
have to talk about that also…. [end video]

OGDEN:  Now, this came up again at a Feb. 26th roundtable
meeting which President Trump hosted with the governors from
around the country.  And first what you’ll see in this clip is a
brief mention, by President Trump in his opening remarks, of this
topic, and then you’ll see Gov. Matt Bevin himself, who was
present, and used that forum to repeat his point about the
prevailing culture of death which undermines the morality of our
population and degrades the image of man and the value of human
life.  And he challenges {every} person in a position of
authority in this country, to use that position of authority, to
address this cultural problem.

PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: We must strive to create a culture
in our country that cherishes life and condemns violence and
embraces dignity…. Matt?

KENTUCKY GOV. MATTHEW BEVIN:  I do think it’s important for
us to start at every level, with your office, with our respective
offices as well, to seize the bully pulpits that we have to talk
about the culture in this society.  And I would challenge those
in the media who would want to mock and ridicule this, and would
want to say that anybody who advocates for this, to find some
fault in that person as a reason why that person should not be
the one advocating for a higher level of moral authority or
higher mores, to think twice, because these are your children and
grandchildren as well.  And when we mock and ridicule the very
foundational principles that this nation was built upon, where
you treat people the way you’d want to be treated, where you
respect human life, where you respect the dignity of women, and
of children, and of people who we have increasingly degraded in
our society.  This culture of death is becoming pervasive.  And
if it’s not addressed by all the imperfect people in this room,
with a sense of purpose and a sense of aspiration, I think we’re
going to see a continued trajectory that’s not good.
Many things have not changed.  There have always been guns,
and there were fewer restrictions.  There have always been guns
in homes, and fewer rules.  It isn’t to say that these rules and
these restrictions are necessarily bad, but what has changed is
what we do or don’t do as it relates to acknowledging the value
and the dignity of every human life.  And when you couple that
with the number of psychiatric drugs that are increasingly
systemic and that have very severe warnings associated with them
related to depression and suicidal thoughts, you put all these
things in a mess and no one among us is bold enough or willing to
step up and challenge the fact, that this is a problem, this is
why it goes unchallenged.
And I would call on you, Sir, as I’m calling on my
fellow-governors and myself, to seize the opportunities we have
to call America to higher action as it relates to our mores.

PRESIDENT TRUMP: Thank you Matt.
And that’s why we’re here.  And I think  — I don’t know if
it’s going to be mentioned, but you have to also look at videos
— they’re {vicious}, you look at some of these videos; I mean, I
don’t know what this does to a young kid’s mind.  Somebody
growing up and forming, and looking at videos where people are
just being blown away left and right.  The internet movies, you
look at these movies that are out today, I see just by a
commercial, the level of craziness and viciousness in the movies
— I think we have to look at that, too.  Maybe we have to put a
ratings system on that.  They have a ratings system for other
subjects, maybe we have to do a ratings system for that.
But it has to have an impact on — it doesn’t take many
months — if it was 1% or less, that’s a lot.  That’s all it
takes.  It just takes one person to do tremendous damage.  I
think it’s something we have to look at also. [end video]

OGDEN:  So, we can see an awakening happening in this
country.  And it’s very significant, when confronted with the
real world consequences of a failure by our society, by our very
culture itself, a failure to protect our children, to protect our
young people, to protect our future; where literally, we have led
ourselves to a culture where {children kill children}, and this
is almost becoming commonplace.  Finally, people are beginning to
wake up.
But the discussion, while very good, to the extent that it
has progressed, it must, must go much further, and much deeper.
Let’s look back 20 years, and this was at the moment that
the first such high-profile, horrific school shooting happened,
which many people who were alive at that time, remember today:
Columbine.  Ironically, a lot of the kids that are now in school
today, have lived their life under the shadow of Columbine and
were not even born at the point that that shooting occurred.
But Lyndon LaRouche, in the immediate aftermath of that
horrific event, wrote a paper in which he addressed the reality
of what actually that horrific event represented. This is in the
aftermath of that, but not only should the realization of
LaRouche’s prescience for what we’re seeing today, and what we’ve
seen over the past 20 years be shocking to you, and think about
how many children, and how many other victims have died and have
suffered in the intervening period, because nothing was done, at
that time, to address what the root cause of this sickness was.
But also, you should be challenged by the depth of what he
addresses as the necessary cure to this cultural sickness that
has led to these events.
So let me read you some excerpts from this paper that Mr.
LaRouche wrote, and this was back in June 11, 1999. [“Star Wars

“Unless the U.S. government, and many relevant other
influentials, change their view of this problem, abandoning the

for this pattern of incidents, this murderous rampage will
persist….My function, in this report, is to define the methods
which must be brought to bear, if the danger posed by this new
form of terrorism is to be brought under control…. If you are
willing to be serious, at long last, you will now turn your
attention to the scientific roots of the problem….
“…Merely ending the sale of satanic video games, such as
Doom…, will not put this horror back in the box from whence it
came. This new problem of terrorism must be attacked, by
focussing on the conditions which many readers have been
complicitly condoning. Face the fact, that it might be your
negligent tolerance which has contributed to the popularizing of
such video games and cult films, especially the spread of these
among suggestible children and adolescents.
“…What are the methods which have, similarly, turned so
many among our children and adolescents into such “zombies” as
those killers?…
“To grasp the horror posed by such cases, restate the same
problem as a national-security topic. For that purpose, the
leading subject for discussion, as posed by the Littleton and
kindred cases, is {terrorism by children}. Stating the problem in
that way, brings the sheer, satanic horror of the matter into
focus.
“The following pages … will represent a serious
intellectual challenge for many readers, but, for those who
really wish to bring an end to the spread of more horrors like
the Littleton massacre, the extra reading-time and thought this
report requires, is more than well worth every second spent….
“How does one corrupt innocent children into becoming
psychotic-like killers? The quick answer to that question, is:
{dehumanize} the image of man. The details of the way this leads
to the production of youthful ‘Nintendo’ terrorists, are a more
complicated matter. Nonetheless, it is no oversimplification to
say, that once that first step, dehumanizing the image of man, is
accomplished, the axiomatic basis has been established, to make
war, and killing, merely a childish game….
“Before you pull that trigger, tell me: ‘What is the
difference between a human being and a beast?’…
“…[T]he focus should be on the conflict between the view
of mankind as specifically human, as against the intrinsically
immoral view of the human species as ‘just another animal.’ …
“The difference between the man and the beast lies in the
quality of human cognition. This is otherwise known as those
cultivatable creative mental powers through which an individual
mind may contribute to all mankind the original discovery of a
single, validatable, universal physical principle. This is also
the method used in those Classical humanist modes of education,
in which the student’s re-enactment of some historic discovery of
a validated universal principle, is the mode of education
employed, as opposed to so-called ‘textbook’ learning. This is
also to be recognized as the principle of metaphor central to all
Classical artistic composition since the time of Classical
Greece.
“The fact that we are able to demonstrate the validity of
these discovered universal physical principles, shows that the
universe itself is predisposed, by design, to obey man’s will

discovery of some principle–whether or not the child knew that

“…The non-deductive process of discovery, which leads to
proof of principle through experimental validation of that
discovery as a universal principle, is the proper strict

{Reason}, so defined, which defines the unique quality of the
mentally healthy human specimen, as representing a distinct
species, apart from and above all beasts.
“This quality of the person, this divine spark of Reason
innate to the human individual, is the kernel of the proof of
Moses’ formulation, that man and woman are each made (equally) in
the image of the Creator of the universe….

the animals. Christ and his Apostles embedded this principle

the status of just another lower form of life….
“…The only moral purpose of education, is to develop an
entire population up to the level of scientific and moral
knowledge necessary, not only to perpetuate society at no less
than its present level of power in the universe, but to carry the
process of development of the whole population a step upward.
“The purpose of education is to develop the cognitive
potentials of each and every person up to that standard of
quality as a citizen, to develop an individual whose life
qualifies as a permanent part of the simultaneity of eternity.
{The proper purpose of education, is to affirm the universality
of humanity, and to accomplish this through embodying the history
of the discovery of universal ideas within the cultivated
personality of the matriculated student.}
“See, from this standpoint, how things went so terribly
wrong. Think of the successive downward steps in our educational
systems and popular culture, which brought us up to the point of
decadence that phenomena like the Littleton horror are now a
typical feature of our culture in this time….
“…When we allow the natural, human nature of children and
adolescents to be crushed …, when we seek to suppress the role
of the cognitive function, when we substitute the act of merely
learning for the act of actually knowing, we produce, as was
done, increasingly, during the first post-World War II decades,
the kind of future adult who will come to haunt us, and menace
our world, when we have become old.
“What happens, when we allow those changes in national
policy, which create an economy in which the adult members of the
family household must work two or three jobs, or even more, among
them, ‘simply to make ends meet’? … What happens when we have
done to education what has been done during most of the recent
three decades? Did you ever think about that, or do you avoid
pangs of guilty pain by refusing to think about that?
“What happens, when your toleration of the past decades’
changes in U.S. economic policies, creates a situation, today,
when the family is no longer able (between many jobs to work each
week, and much commuting between besides), to provide nurture to
the children and adolescents of the family household? If your
economic situation compels you treat your children so, as if they
were stray dogs to be let into the house at feeding and sleeping
times, how are you educating them?…
“…Think! What kind of a social identity are such
unfortunate children and adolescents expressing?
“Perhaps you were building the road to the Littleton
massacre? Not everyone who expresses such a poor sense of
personal self-identity in those ways, is necessarily going to go
all the way to becoming a Littleton-style terrorist; but, such
low self-esteem is a step down in the direction which might lead
to such a horrible result in the succeeding generation of youth.
You may not have intended that outcome, but, year by year, the
parents and grandparents built the road which made reaching that
destination possible.
“That explains, in part, how the road to the Littleton
massacres was built….
“To understand the kind of mentality which fosters the
proliferation of horrors such as the Littleton massacre, look at
the way in which so many in the U.S.A. responded to the way in
which the British monarchy’s Blair government used its U.S.
puppets…. British financial oligarchy, and its debased
monarchy, have openly stated their intent to revoke the doctrine
of international law established by the 1648 Peace of Westphalia,
this time in the case of Bloody Blair’s Balkan War….
“The moral nation-state, the modern sovereign nation-state
which our U.S. republic was intended to be, never conducts wars
for pleasure, as the Littleton killers and Blair have done, or
wars for revenge….
“When we examine the role of sections of the U.S. military,
in shaping the policies and techniques carried into action by the
Littleton killers, we must take into account the fact that there
is a connection between the recently increasing tendency for
moral degeneration in our military and related institutions, and
the causes for the Littleton horror and related cases…. If such
thinking within our military, is among the well-springs of
phenomena such as Littleton, how shall we be rid of the latter,
without purging ourselves of the former?…
“The American way, is [to use] the power of victory to
establish an order which is justly beneficial, to the victor and
formerly vanquished, to rebuild, as Lincoln’s last public address
proposed to rebuild the nation as if the Civil War had never
occurred.
“Similarly: only by bringing that spirit back into our
nation now, can we wean the damaged souls among our adolescents,
of that wont for Nintendo warfare so horridly displayed at
Littleton….
“If we take into account, together, the present physical
state, and direction of the world, and also the deteriorating
mental and moral condition of populations throughout most of the
planet, as in the U.S.A. itself, we have already reached the
threshold of the worst disaster known to the recorded history of
the human species. Unless we reverse the policy-trends of the
recent several decades, especially those cultural trends inside
the U.S.A., there is little possibility of the survival of
civilization in the Americas, western Europe, or Africa much
beyond the beginning of the coming century.
“For most among you, that means that you must change, must
free yourself from, especially, those habits of thinking you have
built up during the recent quarter-century or longer. In a sense,
you must be prepared to go back to the way we used to think when
John F. Kennedy was President. Admittedly, there were lots of bad
habits loose back then; but, that is still a good point of
reference at which to begin the process of cleaning away the mass
of cultural rubble which, unless cleared away, will ensure that
our nation does not survive.
“Look at the Littleton horror as an omen, as the hands of
the clock of history, pointing to the time in which we are living
at this moment.
“You must change this nation, and perhaps yourself, too,
before this nation, soon otherwise dies. Take Littleton as that
kind of warning. It is past time that you acted to change the set
of definitions, axioms, and postulates which have been
controlling your opinions and other behavior during recent
decades.”

OGDEN:  So, that was Lyndon LaRouche on June 11, 1999,
almost 20 years ago.  And it is shocking how prescient Mr.
LaRouche’s warning were, at that time, in the aftermath of the
{first} of what has proven to be countless numbers of {horrible}
spectacles that we saw at that Littleton massacre.
Now’s the time for us to let that sink in, and not be
satisfied with just halfway, practical measures and partial
solutions, but to realize in a moment of truly self-conscious
reflection, in true Classical tragedy form, that the horror we’re
witnessing today, really is the sign of the disintegration of our
society, a potential Dark Age, as Mr. LaRouche said in that
report.  And a stirring within ourselves of the realization that
the only solution, is a clean break from those follies which have
led us down that path, and decisive action to create a
Renaissance in our understanding of what it means to be human,
our view of man, a re-humanizing of the human individual, not to
just try to negate evil, but to try to replace this reigning
culture of violence and this culture of death, with rather, a
culture of creativity, which recognizes and celebrates that
unique nature of the human species.  And cultivates that divine
spark creativity within every human individual, {every} child.
Now, as Mr. LaRouche pointed out in that report, one cannot
separate this sort of sickness in our culture, from the policies
which have been expressed by our governing leadership for the
last 50 years; especially the policy of endless war, killing,
endless warfare, which has dominated our nation, really, since
the Korean conflict, but in ever-increasing rates since the death
of John F. Kennedy. And this was very usefully pointed out, just
last week in an interview podcast by Coleen Rowley, who was a
former FBI agent, and a whistleblower, actually, in the months
leading up into 9/11. And you can see there, on the screen, that
her podcast with “WhoWhatWhy” is titled, “FBI Whistleblower:
American Culture of Violence Starts with Perpetual Wars.”
In this interview, Coleen Rowley addresses the issue that
this kind of “domestic terror,” as she calls it, as we’re seeing
with these mass shootings, in schools and otherwise, really does
have very much to do with this culture of violence which we now
have in the United States. And she pointed to the media’s role in
fostering this kind of widespread culture of violence.
She stated that while the tendency in law enforcement is to
try to treat every single one of these as the specific set of
circumstances, which led down the path to every single one of
these crimes, she said, the reality of what we are dealing with
is really something much larger.  She said: “Our culture is doing
this, it’s promoting this violent culture. And of course this is
over and above the availability and easy access to weapons.” You
put all of this together and just those added up on their own
“does explain the question. Columbine, why is this happening? Why
are we experiencing an epidemic of mass violence? Again, our news
never mentions that because … we want to compartmentalize this
and make it seem as if it’s easily, it’s not us as a culture.”
And then she pointed to some specifics.  She said, it really
is the influence of this perpetual war mentality on our society.
She indicated that there are several studies that have come out,
that veterans of these perpetual, endless wars are twice as
likely to become mass shooters; and she also pointed out that the
CIA and the Pentagon have had a sort of devil’s bargain with the
mass media and the entertainment media, movies and video games.
And she said that “The CIA and the Pentagon have been backing,
helping make about 1,800 movies,” including among them are the
famous “American Sniper” movie from 2014, “Zero Dark 30” from
2012, and numerous others. She said in those movies, the hero
will always be someone who is wronged, and then in the end, they
shoot everyone: “A mentally impaired or emotionally troubled
person is seeing themselves as that hero in those movies.”
That’s a very useful affirmation of exactly that point, that
you cannot compartmentalize, you cannot separate out all of these
different, sick, sick phenomena.  And our tendency is to try to
scapegoat one thing, as opposed to realizing that the fault,
perhaps, lies within ourselves as a culture.
But it goes even further than that, and I think as Mr.
LaRouche made clear, we have to not be satisfied with partial
remarks, and partial considerations.  In the last number of
years, more than just perpetual war and bloodshed, in an age of
thermonuclear weapons, the ultimate conclusion of a culture of
death, and this culture of perpetual war and violence, in which
human life has lost its value and weapons of greater and greater
destructive capability have become the central pillar of
international policy and relations of states with other states,
in this age of thermonuclear weapons, the ultimate conclusion of
this mentality is the extinction of the human race.
We’ve now reached a point of decision.  With the
announcement just yesterday by the Russian President, of a new
generation of weapons which have been developed by Russia which
have the power to evade all known ballistic missile defense
shields, flying at hypersonic speeds, some reaching Mach 20 —
unbelievable speeds — under the power of nuclear propulsion,
which allows them to fly almost endlessly, and can deliver, as he
said, a doomsday payload literally anywhere on the surface of the
planet at any time, truthfully, the era of belief in survivable
limited nuclear war, or preventive nuclear first strike, or this
global strike policy, which believed that you could knock out one
nation’s defenses and then launch a nuclear or conventional
attack against them, that age is now definitely over.
And this announcement has really caught the world by
surprise.
As Helga Zepp-LaRouche characterized this: If everything
which President Putin announced is in fact real, and there’s no
reason not to believe that to be the case, this is a complete
“Sputnik-type” shock.  It’s also being compared to the Soviet
development of the hydrogen bomb in the 1950s, which completely
shifted the so-called “strategic balance of power,” and took the
entire idea, at that time, of a preemptive nuclear strike against
the Soviet Union off the table.
What Helga Zepp-LaRouche’s assessment is, is that this
announcement of an entirely new weapons system, based on
“completely new physical principles,” an obvious echo of course,
of the language that was originally used in discussing the
Strategic Defense Initiative, the SDI, that this is a qualitative
leap of extreme significance, which shifts the entire
international strategic framework.
And the follies of our belief in statecraft based on
Mutually Assured Destruction, of dominance and so-called
“deterrence” of geopolitics, all of these follies have now been
exposed.  The mask has fallen away.  And humanity itself now sits
before the judgment seat.  Will we continue collectively, to
pursue an ideology of nihilism, which necessarily, in the end,
must lead to the destruction of civilization and the extinction
of the human species in its ultimate consequence, if allowed to
proceed to that point? {Or}, will we finally recognize the
horror, {which we ourselves have wrought}, and awaken to the
awful reality of the ultimate, real-life tragedy in the making,
which is now unfolding around us
President Xi Jinping of China talks about creating a
“community of common destiny.”  Now obviously, he discusses that
in a beautiful sense, a win-win relationship among nations, where
all nations are working toward the mutual benefit of others and
are working towards the “common destiny of all mankind.”  Well,
ironically, that common destiny already exists, but, in a
negative sense, with this thermonuclear Sword of Damocles hanging
over our heads, the potential for a “common destiny of humanity”
for a global annihilation, is a very, very real thing.  As Lyndon
LaRouche made the point with regards to the warning that he
delivered in that report that I read excerpts from — which he
wrote, now, almost 20 years ago — when he foresaw the horrors
which the events in Littleton presaged.  Survival under these
conditions will not come from within the theories, the axioms,
the postulates, of the prevailing system, but survival can only
be delivered through the overturning of those failed ideologies
which form its foundations, and the construction of an entirely
new outlook, based on truth, truthful principles; based on a
recognition of what it really means to be man.
The ultimate principle which must come before, and precede
everything else, not only in philosophy and education, and social
relations, but in international strategic policy, and economic
policy, is the recognition of the true nature of man, a species
which is unique from all other species in its capacity for
creativity, and the necessary ordering and subordination of
everything else, to the cultivation and promotion of that.
So how does that principle play out on the world stage?
It’s through rejecting the kind of anti-human, anti-development,
anti-progress ideology, which has prevailed in the form of
competitive strategic geopolitics, zero-sum economic
policymaking; and instead, to consciously and scientifically
decide, that the common destiny which man must pursue is not
thermonuclear extinction and Mutually Assured Destruction
warfare, but rather, mutually beneficial development and shared
creative progress: Space exploration, the Strategic Defense of
Earth from asteroids and other cosmic threats in our cosmic
environment; the development of limitless power through the
development of fusion energy  — all of these, the list goes on
and on and on.
{But this New Paradigm is already there. It’s already in
existence.}  Just look at what China is doing, with the Silk
Road, with the One Belt, One Road initiative.  Look beyond all of
the propaganda that you’re being fed, about “Chinese hegemony”
and so forth and so on.  This is where the future lies:  Mutually
beneficial progress, development, the giving of the opportunity
for the full cultivation of creative reason to every man, woman
and child on this planet.  The most beautiful example of this,
just in the recent months, has been what China has already
accomplished in the otherwise hopelessly destitute areas of
Africa.  And a beautiful report has just come out of Nigeria,
where the idea of the Transaqua program to refill Lake Chad
through massive water development and water-transfer projects,
this idea which has been on the books for 20 years or more, is
now becoming a reality.
These are the kinds of projects, these are the kinds of
visions, these are the kinds of goals which bind us together as a
common humanity, and will affirm, for our children and for
ourselves, the beauty of mankind, and the true creative nature of
this species.  This is the antidote for a culture of death and a
culture of despair which has plagued our nation and this is the
vision which will inspire us, as we work to build this shared
destiny, this common future.
It’s not only through negating what is evil, but it’s
through cultivating what is good, that man can be redeemed, and
that we can cure this sickness which has infected our culture at
its very root.
So let us allow those masks to fall away, and let us allow
the truth to sit in judgment, recognizing that that the fault
lies within ourselves, within our very cultural values and
beliefs which has led us down the road of tragedy. As the nation
has mourned alongside the victims and the family members of those
horrible events in Parkland, Florida, but has also been inspired
by the courage of those family members and those survivals who
have said, “Enough is enough:  Let’s bring an end to the
so-called status quo.  This must be allowed {never] to happen
again!  Let us commit ourselves to action now, before we reach
the point of no return, to cure this culture, and to cure this
world, of the sickness which threatens our very survival.  And to
resolve, that out of evil {must} come greater good.”
For those who were victims in Florida, for those who are
victims every day, of the diseases of depression and despair,
addiction, overdose, opioids and heroin, and for all of us who
now live under this thermonuclear Sword of Damocles which
threatens to exterminate mankind in the blink of an eye, let all
of us resolve: That we will no longer accept this culture of
death, which prevails not only in our media, and in our
entertainment, but underlies the very economic and strategic
fabric of society.  If there was {ever} a moment in which it is
clear that the necessity of a New Paradigm for civilization is
literally life or death, that moment is now.
So, let me conclude by returning to that essay by the poet
Friedrich Schiller that I cited at the outset of this show, and
read to you the closing section of this essay, which he titles
“The Theater Considered as a Moral Institution.”  What Friedrich
Schiller had to say, was:
“When grief gnaws at our heart, when melancholy poisons our
solitary hours; when we are revolted by the world and its
affairs; when a thousand troubles weigh upon our souls, and our
sensibilities are about to be snuffed out underneath our
professional burdens — then the theater takes us in, and within
its imaginary world we dream the real one away; we are given back
to ourselves; our sensibilities are reawakened; salutary emotions
agitate our slumbering nature, and set our hearts pulsating with
greater vigor.
“And then, when man at last, in all districts and regions
and classes, with all his chains of fad and fashion cast away,
and every bond of destiny rent asunder — when man becomes his
brother’s brother with a single all-embracing sympathy, resolved
once again into a single species, forgetting himself and the
world, and reapproaching his own heavenly origin, each takes joy
in others’ delights, which then, magnified in beauty and
strength, are reflected back to him from a hundred eyes, and now
his bosom has room for a single sentiment, and this is: to be
truly human.”
So let us resolve to make mankind truly human, to be our
brothers’ brother, and to usher in a culture of creativity to
replace this culture of death.

Er det virkelig OK med narkoepidemien, der i USA har ført til et fald i den generelle levetid; guvernør Bevin påpegede det faktum, at nogle af disse sataniske budskaber også er i teksterne i popmusikken, i filmene, i videospillene – bør vi tillade alt dette, og få vore samfund totalt ødelagt? Der er en virkning af alt dette på de kognitive evner! Hvis man ønsker Lyndon LaRouches Fire Love som den eneste løsning til at undgå systemets kollaps, jamen, især den fjerde lov kræver et forceret program for fusionskraft, for international rumforskning og rumrejser. Hvem taler om dette nu om stunder? Hvis man tager nogle af disse børn, der er afhængige af disse voldsvideospil, eller endnu værre, der kigger på forfærdeligt materiale på Internettet, hvor der bruges tortur og sådanne ting, og som virkelig bliver ødelagt. Deres hjerner bliver fuldstændig ødelagt!

Eftersom guvernør Bevin har krævet en national debat om dette, og præsident Trump heldigvis også ønsker at tage dette spørgsmål op, mener jeg, vi må have en sådan debat, for det er efter min mening en integreret del af USA’s tilslutning til det Nye Paradigme og den Nye Silkevej, for vi kan ikke have, at dette fortsætter.

Schiller Instituttet har i mange år bevist, at, med klassisk musik, med klassisk poesi, med Schiller, med Shakespeare, kan man transformere folk og få en æstetisk opdragelse, og det er præcis, hvad vi har brug for lige nu.

Den russiske udenrigsminister Sergei Lavrov fordømte, i en tale til den 37. session af FN’s Menneskerettighedsråd og Konferencen for Nedrustning, taktikkerne og strategien bag Vestens politikker i Syrien, som værende intet mindre end særdeles destruktive for befolkningen i landene, hvor disse politikker praktiseres. Først angreb han den udefrakommende manipulation af væbnede grupper, sådan, som det finder sted i Syrien, til geopolitiske formål. »Vi anser det for at være uacceptabelt at opdele terrorister i ’gode’ og ’dårlige’, især, når dette sker afhængigt af målene eller de finansielle kilder, som ekstremisterne erklærer«, sagde Lavrov. »Rusland vil fortsat konsekvent bekæmpe den forbryderiske praksis af sådanne dobbelte standarder, endda ved at yde assistance til den syriske hær for endegyldigt at fjerne terrortruslen ved dens rod«, iflg. TASS.

Lavrov beskrev som ekstremt farligt, forsøg på at bruge krænkelser af menneskerettigheder til at retfærdiggøre militære eventyr, der tilsigter regimeskifte, og mindede om bemærkninger fra pave Frans, der sagde, at det er umuligt at bekæmpe ondt med ondt. »Uanset, hvilken holdning, der måtte være over for Saddam Hussein og Muammar Gaddafi, så lad dem, der væltede dem, besvare et simpelt spørgsmål, nemlig, om den ulovlige intervention lettede folks lidelser; beskyttede det den vigtigste af alle menneskerettigheder – nemlig retten til livet? Svaret er indlysende«, påpegede Lavrov.

»Aldrig i menneskets historie har den overlagte ødelæggelse af stater været til gavn for almindelige mennesker«, understregede han. »Tværtimod, det har altid bragt humanitære katastrofer med sig for civilbefolkningen. Det har ligeledes været årsagen til hidtil usete bølger af illegal migration, der er fejet ind over Europa, og et ligeledes uhørt opsving i terrorisme og forfølgelse af kristne og mennesker tilhørende andre religioner.«

Leder fra LaRouche PAC, USA, 28. feb., 2018 – I dag anfører New York Times den flok hyæner i det vestlige pressekorps, som misbilliger den kinesiske beslutning om at fjerne tidsbegrænsning for deres præsidenter og vicepræsidenter. »Xi sætter Kina på kollisionskurs med historien«, hyler Times’ overskrift og citerer ingen anden en taberen Hillary Clinton, der udtalte, at Kina er på »en taberkurs og forsøger at opretholde et regeringssystem, der ikke kan overleve i den moderne verden«.

Kesha Rogers, den uafhængige kandidat til Kongressen for Texas (9. Kongresdistrikt), og som støttes af LaRouche Politiske Aktionskomite, responderede til dette hysteri imod Kina ved at minde vore borgere om Martin Luther Kings ord (som, ulig Hillary, var kvalificeret til at være præsident), der sagde: »Tiden er inde for os at blive civiliserede ved totalt, direkte og omgående at afskaffe fattigdom.« Det er selvfølgelig det, Kina er ved at opnå, både for sine egne borgere (frem til år 2020) og for verden, gennem sit historiske Bælte & Vej Initiativ. Hvilken nation eksemplificerer den »civiliserede verden« i dag?

Global Times, det Kinesiske Kommunistpartis avis, skriver i dag, at »de vestlige medier begyndte at tale dårligt om Kina på deres sædvanlige og forskellige måder« efter meddelelsen om, at Kina ville afslutte begrænsede embedsperioder. »Den vigtigste grund til alt dette«, fortsætter lederartiklen, »er, at Kinas fremvækst har nået et afgørende punkt, hvor nogle vesterlændinge rent psykologisk ikke kan holde det ud længere. De ønsker at se en ulykke ramme landet. Selv, hvis det skulle skade deres egne interesser, så er de villige til først at se Kina smuldre«. De skriver fortsat, »I årenes løb er både Kinas Kommunistiske Partis Centralkomites myndighed og vort kinesiske samfunds fremgang vokset. Centralkomiteens myndighed er den mest fremragende del af Kinas konkurrencedygtighed. Den er kilden til landets effektivitet og evne til at mobilisere folk og foretage tilpasninger. Det er den ting, som den omgivende verden mest misunder Kina, og det er målet for vestlig, antikinesisk retorik.«

Mange i Vesten responderer, at, på trods af det store fremskridt i Kina, er det kinesiske folk ikke frit, har ikke basale menneskerettigheder, som om retten til et anstændigt levebrød, frihed fra fattigdom og frihed til at bidrage til nationens og menneskehedens fremtid, ikke skulle være den mest fundamentale af menneskerettighederne.

Men vi må også stille spørgsmålet, hvad er tilstanden for menneskerettighederne i USA? Hvad gør man mod vore børn, af hvilke millioner er blevet nægtet ethvert håb om en produktiv fremtid, og som i stedet tilbydes »friheden« til at tage narkotiske stoffer, til at blive »underholdt« af film og videospil og popmusik, der lærer dem at umenneskeliggøre deres medmennesker gennem vold og pornografi, og som nægtes enhver uddannelse med hensyn til den klassiske, vestlige kulturs skønhed, for slet ikke at tale om den klassiske kinesiske kulturs skønhed, eller skønheden i nogen af de andre, store kulturer i menneskets historie? Der bør ikke herske tvivl om, hvorfor hundredevis af vore børn bliver forvandlet til mordere. Der bør heller ikke herske nogen tvivl om, at hele økonomien og hele kulturen må transformeres for at denne rædsel skal stoppe, og for at verden kan gå ind i et nyt paradigme, baseret på menneskeligt fremskridt og menneskelig værdighed.

Præsident Trump vækkede et håb i det amerikanske folk, hvor han lovede at genopbygge nationens industrielle grundlag og den kollapsende infrastruktur, at afslutte narkosvøben, mindede folk om Alexander Hamiltons »Amerikanske System« og lovede at afslutte den nytteløse og farlige konfrontation med Rusland og Kina. Det er de spørgsmål, som Lyndon LaRouche har kæmpet for i et halvt århundrede, alt imens det politiske lederskab har været i færd med at transformere nationen til en postindustriel skrotbunke og en permanent krigsmaskine på vegne af Det britiske Imperium.

Håbet om at genoprette Amerikas storhed må nu fuldbyrdes på den eneste, mulige måde – ikke stykkevist, ikke med små skridt, men gennem den fulde og hele genindførelse af det Amerikanske System gennem LaRouches program, og ved fuldt og helt at vedtage den Nye Silkevejsånd, som Kinas Bælte & Vej har lanceret. Det er, hvad et civiliseret samfund må gøre.

Leder fra LaRouche PAC, USA, 28. feb., 2018 – I dag adresserede Helga Zepp-LaRouche den globale, strategiske situation og den nationale debat, som det nylige skoleskyderi i Florida har udløst i USA, med følgende udtalelse:

»Der er to udviklinger, som oligarkiet er utilfreds med. Den ene er, at den kinesiske præsident Xi Jinping vil forblive efter år 2020 for at sikre, at Bælte & Vej-transformationen af verden og Kinas udviklingsmål frem til 2020, 2035 og 2050 går fremad på bedst mulig måde. Og den anden er, at Donald Trump har meddelt, at han genopstiller til præsidentvalg i 2020. Og jeg er fuldstændig sikker på, at begge disse begivenheder vil gøre visse mennesker ekstremt utilfredse – hvilket er en god ting.«

Zepp-LaRouche identificerede de to baner, verden står overfor.

»Den ene er en meget optimistisk bane med hensyn til Bælte & Vej Initiativets potentiale for at transformere verden. Den anden bane er, at dele af Vesten stadig lider under det, guvernøren fra Kentucky har kaldt en ’dødskultur’. Som VIPS-whistleblower Coleen Rowley for nylig udtalte, så er dette, i det mindste for en stor del, resultatet af en politik for evindelig krig. Man kan i realiteten sige, at både de voldelige videospil og masseskoleskyderierne indirekte eller direkte har været et resultat af disse evindelige krige – hvilket gør det absolut klart, at vi må have et Nyt Paradigme.

På den optimistiske side går Bælte & Vej hurtigt fremad, og det er opmuntrende for alle, der kender til det. Det er også vigtigt, at der finder et meget signifikant præsident-til-præsident-diplomati sted. Den seneste udvikling er, at det kinesiske politbureaumedlem Liu He kommer til USA i fem dage til intensive diskussioner med Trump-administrationen om spørgsmål om økonomi og handel. Dette kommer kun to uger efter, at statsråd Yang Jiechi var i USA. Så denne personlige dialog mellem Trump og Xi er ekstremt vigtig.«

Zepp-LaRouche mindede om den pointe, som en kinesisk kommentator er fremkommet med, nemlig, at Bælte & Vej er en irreversibel tendens, og de lande, der ikke ønsker at komme med om bord, vil ende med at stå og kigge på kabyssens baglygter, når den forlader stationen. »Dette er en meget opmuntrende dynamik; og jeg mener, at den kendsgerning, at både Trump og Xi vil blive om bord, er ekstremt gode nyheder.«

Dernæst adresserede Zepp-LaRouche efterspillet af skoleskyderiet i Florida i USA. »Der er afgørende tegn på en omstilling. Som Kentuckys guvernør Matt Bevin udtalte, så har dette intet med skydevåben at gøre; det har til gengæld alt at gøre med den absolut morbide dødskultur, man ser i nutidens sangtekster, film osv., og det er, hvad vi må ændre. Selvfølgelig talte guvernør Bevin ikke om løsningen, nemlig at få en opløftende, klassisk kultur, som ville vaccinere børn mod dette. Men det er i det mindste en begyndelse, og han opfordrede til en national debat om problemet.«

Fr. Zepp-LaRouche opfordrede til, at LaRouche-bevægelsen spiller en central rolle i denne diskussion.

»Stigningen i selvmord, nedgangen i den forventede levealder, alt dette er resultatet af en manglende vision og det rædselsfulde paradigmeskift, der har fundet sted i USA, især i de seneste 50 år efter JFK’s død.

Som VIPS-whistleblower Rowley sagde, så er henved 1.800 film blevet produceret med hjælp fra Pentagon og CIA, og hvor man har sindsforstyrrede veteraner fra krige i udlandet, der har PTSD (posttraumatisk stress-syndrom), og så går amok i skydeorgier. Dette er, hvad Lyndon LaRouche adresserede i sin udtalelse efter Littleton-skyderiet. Efter dette har der været 31 skoleskyderier med dødelig udgang i USA. Og nu, efter Florida-skyderiet, har der været 50 rapporterede tilfælde [af trusler] om dagen«,

sagde hun med henvisning til rapporten fra 22. feb. fra Educators School Safety Network.

Dette fremkalder chokvirkninger i befolkningen, rapporterede hun, hvilket kræver, at en løsning på denne krise må fremlægges. Men denne diskussion og denne løsning, formanede hun,

»kan ikke være begrænset til kun ét enkelt spørgsmål. Hvorfor finder dette kup mod Trump sted? Hvorfor står Det britiske Imperium bag? Hvorfor går efterforskningerne i Kongressen nu efter dette? Og hvorfor er det, at Trump spiller en potentielt ekstremt vigtig, strategisk rolle? Dette er alt sammen en del af det samme billede, og det må tackles som en helhed.

Vi må sige til folk, at den eneste måde, hvorpå denne dødskultur kan overvindes, er at løfte befolkningen op, atter skabe forbindelse til USA’s bedste traditioner og bevæge sig ind i et Nyt Paradigme for et win-win-samarbejde med kinesernes tilbud om at gå med i Bælte & Vej Initiativet. Dette betyder naturligvis at gennemføre Lyndon LaRouches Fire Love, og det betyder, at folk intensivt må studere den økonomiske metode, som LaRouche har udviklet.

Vi må optrappe i denne retning og virkelig forstå, at dette er et historisk øjeblik, hvor en stor del af det, der finder sted, og en endnu større del af vores organisations aktivitet og succes, er afhængigt af den subjektive faktor.

Det er en stor ting, men det kan gøres!«,

Kesha Rogers annoncerer, at hun stiller op som uafhængig kandidat til Texas’ 9. Kongresdistrikt.

Den 7. december annoncerede Kesha Rogers, medlem af LaRouche Political Action Committee, LPAC, sit kandidatur som uafhængig for Texas’ 9. kongresdistrikt, der i øjeblikket holdes af kongresmedlem Al Green. I en videoerklæring, hvor hun annoncerer sin kampagne, udfordrer Rogers kongresmedlem Greens nylige resolution for Trumps impeachment som spil for galleriet, der intet gør for at adressere de sande behov eller interesser hos befolkningen i det 9. distrikt. I et interview i dag skitserede Rogers hovedelementerne i sin kampagne, som følger:

»Der har ikke været nogen økonomisk opgang i mange af indbyggerne i det 9. distrikts liv, siden finanskrakket i 2008, og mange i distriktet er fortsat fanget i brutal fattigdom, bandevold og narko. På det nationale plan har Wall Street fortsat de samme politikker, der førte til kollapset i 2008, og i hele verden hvisker de informerede bag lukkede døre, at et nyt kollaps er umiddelbart forestående. Vi lider fortsat under, at man forsømmer den nødvendige infrastruktur, der skabte den tragedie, der kendes som Orkanen Harvey. Der er ingen overbevisende vision for fremtiden og de nødvendige videnskabelige og andre former for uddannelse, der må ledsage dette, for vores ungdom.

På den anden side af verden i Kina bliver et helt andet perspektiv for fremtiden virkeliggjort af det store Ét Bælte, én Vej-projekt, det største infrastrukturprojekt, mennesket nogensinde har bygget. Hele nye byer bliver udtænkt og bygget. Højhastighedstog bringer borgerne over store afstande på minimal tid. Vareproduktion finder sted på en moderne platform. Rumforskning er blevet en national prioritet. Og hvad der er vigtigst, så er befolkningen optimistisk med hensyn til fremtiden; nye ideer er genstand for passioneret debat og diskussion. Lyndon og Helga LaRouche har længe forudset dette projekt og ført kampagne for det. Præsident Trump, som kongresmedlem Greene ønsker at afsætte ved en rigsret, udforsker, hvordan USA kan opnå fordel af dette storslåede projekt. For eksempel har Vest Virginia netop fået en investeringspakke på $83,7 mia. som resultat af præsident Trumps forhandlinger med sin ven, præsident Xi Jinping. Jeg annoncerer mit kandidatur for Texas’ 9. kongresdistrikt for at bringe lederskab og adressere nødvendige løsninger til de problemer, som ikke alene dette distrikts borgere, men nationen som helhed, står overfor. Mange af jer ved, at dette har været begrundelsen for mine tidligere kampagner og grunden til, at jeg opnåede et betydeligt stemmetal og vandt to primærvalg til Kongressen og fremtvang en 2. valgrunde i en kampagne til USA’s Senat. Jeg stod for at genintroducere videnskab, klassiske former for musik og kultur og at gøre opdagelser, i vore unge menneskers uddannelse. Der er aktuelt ingen i Washington, der udtaler noget, der tilnærmelsesvis er de løsninger, vi har brug for eller, hvad værre er, de fortsætter med de samme, fejlslagne politikker med endeløse krige, økonomiske bailouts og partiske hårdknuder. Ingen i USA’s Kongres fra nogen af partierne udtaler en positiv vision for USA i verden.

Tiden er kommet til, at nogen træder frem og erklærer, at USA må tilslutte sig det internationale Bælte & Vej Initiativ, der anføres af Kina, og lancere en dristig, ny æra for hurtigt videnskabeligt og kulturelt fremskridt, der atter sætter vort folk i arbejde og opbygger en fremtid, vi kan være stolte af, lige her. Som kongresmedlem vil jeg være placeret til på enestående vis at tage denne kamp til Washington, D.C., og til at sikre, at mine vælgere atter kan være optimistiske og skabe en bedre fremtid. Det er grunden til, at jeg annoncerer mit kandidatur som uafhængig for 9. kongresdistrikt – for at være en fornuftens og optimismens stemme for fremtiden, over de politiske partipamperes skrig og hyl i deres svigt af det amerikanske folk, som der ikke findes noget forsvar for.«

Nu må Danmark på banen af formand Tom Gillesberg:
Den franske præsident Emmanuel Macrons besøg i Kina 8.-10. januar, hvor han annoncerede, at Frankrig vil samarbejde tæt med Kina om Xi Jinpings Bælte og Vej-Initiativ, er et glædeligt og dramatisk skifte i international politik. For første gang markerede en vestlig stormagt, tilmed et af de fem permanente medlemmer af FN’s sikkerhedsråd, at man vil forlade det fejlslagne, gamle, vestlige paradigme, hvor man har insisteret på en unipolær verdensorden med USA som verdens politibetjent, der sikrer, at private finansielle interesser med centrum i London og New York kan diktere, hvad der foregår i verdensøkonomien. Hvem, der kan få udvikling og hvem, der skal leve på tredje klasse. Kina har de seneste årtier formået at løfte 700 mio. kinesere ud af dyb fattigdom og ønsker med Bælte & Vej-Initiativet at gøre det samme muligt for resten af verdens nationer. Det anerkendte Macron og erklærede, at Frankrig vil deltage i denne proces, særligt i Afrika, hvor Kina er i gang med at udvirke infrastrukturelle mirakler, og hvor Frankrig har en lang kolonihistorie og (mener Macron) en forståelse for, hvad der rører sig blandt afrikanerne. Han fremhævede, at man ikke må gentage kolonialismens fejltagelser, som han mente, at Frankrig har sin del af ansvaret for, men have en inkluderende investeringspolitik, hvor alle kan være med. …

31. dec., 2017 – Tre FN-organisationer, Verdenssundhedsorganisationen, Verdensfødevareprogrammet og FN’s Børnefond (UNICEF), udstedte den 30. dec. en fælles erklæring med advarsel om, at Yemen hastigt er i færd med at skride ud i en intensiverende katastrofe som følge af den saudiskledede krig mod landet.

»Konflikten i Yemen har skabt den værste humanitære katastrofe i verden – en krise, der har opslugt hele landet«, lyder erklæringen. »Henved 75 % af Yemens befolkning har behov for humanitærhjælp, inklusive 1,3 mio. børn, der ikke kan overleve uden det. Mindst 60 % af yemenitterne har nu ikke sikkerhed for fødevarer og ordentlige sanitære forhold. Endnu mange flere mangler adgang til basale sundhedsydelser. Under halvdelen af Yemens sundhedsfaciliteter fungerer på fuld kraft, og sundhedspersonalet har ikke fået løn i månedsvis.

Disse uhyrlige tal for konfliktens ødelæggelser er kun et spejlbillede af det, vi har kendskab til. I virkeligheden er situationen sandsynligvis værre. FN-organisationer har ikke fuld humanitær adgang til nogle af de hårdest ramte lokalsamfund. Mange steder kan vi ikke engang skønne, hvor store behovene er«, fortsætter erklæringen. »Men så meget ved vi: Yemen har overskredet det punkt, hvor det er tippet over i en hastig nedgang fra krise til intensiverende katastrofe.«

Der har været lidt fremskridt i de seneste dage, med genåbningen af Hodeidah havn, der har gjort indførsel af en vis mængde fødevarer og brændsel mulig. Der er imidlertid stadig en alvorlig mangel på brændsel til elektricitet og vandpumpestationer. »To tredjedele af yemenitter, der lever i ekstrem fattigdom, har nu slet ikke råd til vand, der er sikkert at drikke. Dette truer alt sammen med at underminere bestræbelserne på at begrænse det igangværende, dødbringende udbrud af difteri, kolera og akut vandig diarré.«

Alle, der i Yemen lider af kolera, har en næsten 100 % ’s chance for at overleve, hvis de har adgang til fungerende sundhedsydelser, lyder erklæringen. »Men de stadigt forværrende vilkår på stedet truer med at overvælde vores evne til at respondere. Hvis vi ikke kan få større adgang, og volden ikke stilner af, vil prisen i tabte liv blive uberegnelig. Det er grunden til, at vi nu igen appellerer til konfliktens parter om omgående at tillade fuld, humanitær adgang i Yemen, og om at stoppe kampene.«

16. dec., 2017 – Den dybe uenighed og disharmoni, der kom frem på det netop afsluttede EU-topmøde i Bruxelles 14.-15. dec., rejser tvivl med hensyn til, om denne union vil overleve i den nærmeste fremtid. EU-kommissionspræsident Jean Claude-Junckers plan om en stor reform af unionen var ikke engang på dagsordenen på dette topmøde. Hans anden plan for at vedtage en ny immigrationsregel frem til juli 2018, for at tackle strømmen af flygtninge, der kommer til Europa, bakkes ikke op af Polen, den Tjekkiske Republik og Ungarn, der ikke accepterer Bruxelles’ plan for fordeling af flygtninge via et kvotesystem mellem medlemsstaterne. I stedet afviser disse tre lande fortsat at tage flygtninge ind og foretrækker, sammen med Slovakiet, at betale Italien €36 million for at tackle »administration« af flygtningelejre i Libyen. Spørgsmål med relation til Brexit, såvel som også spørgsmålet om sanktioner mod Rusland, er stadig ikke afgjort blandt medlemsstaterne. Sanktionerne blev af EU forlænget i seks måneder med en stemme fra den fratrædende østrigske kansler Christian Kern, men FPÖ, partneren fra højrefløjen i den nye koalitionsregering i Wien, afviser sanktionerne og har meddelt, det vil nedlægge veto mod dem ved næste anledning.

EU ønsker også straffe Polen for dets afvisning af at tilpasse sine retslige reformer til Bruxelles’ tankegang; EU-kommissionen har sat en deadline for forhandlinger med Polen om spørgsmålet til 20. dec., ønsker at stille Warszawa for retten og har endda truet med at suspendere Polens stemmeret i EU. Ungarn, der har sine egne kontroverser med Bruxelles, vil ikke stemme imod Polen, hvilket betyder, at EU-kommissionen ikke kan sanktionere Warszawa, fordi det ikke har opbakning fra alle de andre 26 medlemmers regeringer. Briterne vil heller ikke støtte Bruxelles. Striden med Polen kunne give bagslag mod Bruxelles: Insidere i Warszawa mener, at Polen hellere ville forlade EU end at give efter, så polakkerne kunne være ude af Unionen om to eller tre år.

Dosmerne i Bruxelles ønsker alligevel at gå frem i overensstemmelse med sloganet, som blev fortalt til medierne af en unavngiven, højtplaceret EU-embedsmand: »Lad os reparere taget, mens solen stadig skinner – 2018 vil vise, om alle 27 medlemmer stadig står sammen som én, eller nogen holder sig udenfor.« EU-27 efter Brexit synes ikke at have megen fremtid.

24. okt., 2017 – Dødsraten pr. 100.000 mennesker i USA steg 1,2 fra 2014 til 2015, iflg. de seneste statistikker, der er udgivet af Society of Actuaries, der, blandt andet, servicerer forsikrings- og pensionssektorerne. Den sidste stigning fra ét år til det næste var i 2005; men den sidste stigning på over 1 % var i 1980.

Tendensen i dødsraten i forhold til alder (dødsfald pr. 100.000 om året), som spores af Society of Actuaries, viser generelt, at den forventede levealder for personer i en pensionsordning er faldet, siden deres sidste beregning, med 0,2 år. En 65-årig mand kan forvente af leve til 85,6 år; og kvinder, til 87,6 år. Den forventede udbetaling fra pensionsordningerne falder tilsvarende.

Mange andre rapporter forstærker billedet af at USA’s faldende sociale vilkår og helbredstilstand. En gennemgang fra Bloomberg i går (’Amerikanere går senere på pension, dør tidligere og er mere syge ind imellem’) bemærker, at, hvor én ud af fire amerikanere mellem 65 og 69 for 40 år siden stadig var i arbejde, så er næsten én ud af tre amerikanere i denne aldersgruppe i dag i arbejde.

Bladet Health Affairs rapporterer, at folk, der i dag nærmer sig 60, er måleligt mere syge end den samme aldersgruppe var for 10 til 15 år siden. De specifikke kriterier, som researchers ved Michigan Universitet anvendte, var aktiviteter i daglig livsførelse (ADL), som fastslår, om man selv kan vaske sig, gå på toilettet, klæde sig på, spise, gå osv. I dag har henved 12,5 % af mennesker ved den officielle pensionsalder på 66 år haft ADL-problemer, siden de var i slutningen af 50’erne; hvorimod, for 10-15 år siden, denne procent kun udgjorde 8,8 %, når mennesker nærmede sig 65-års grænsen.

På lignende måde viser målinger, at tilstedeværelsen af demens er stigende.

Alle disse målinger falder sammen med plagen med narkotiske midler (som indbefatter farmaceutiske medikamenter, f.eks. smertestillere), i et demobiliseret, demoraliseret samfund. Sundhedsfagligt personale rapporterer, at på trods af fremskridt inden for behandling af specifikke sygdomme, så er folk mere syge af tilstande, der er resultat af fedme og afhængighed, der alle er knyttet til depression og fortvivlelse.

16. oktober, 2017 – Alt imens Kina har løftet 700 millioner mennesker ud af fattigdom i løbet af omkring 30 år og nu arbejder på at befri de resterende 40 millioner kinesere, der stadig lever i fattigdom, så driver Den europæiske Union flere og flere mennesker dybere ud i elendigheden, iflg. en rapport i dag af Greek Observer.

Ifølge EU’s statistiske myndighed, Eurostat, levede i gennemsnit 23,4 % (eller 117,5 mio. mennesker) under omstændigheder med social udelukkelse i 2016. Men i Grækenland lever én ud af tre grækere i vilkår med fattigdom og social udelukkelse, eller 35,5 % af den græske befolkning (3,8 mio. mennesker), en stigning fra 28,1 % i 2008. Situationen er værre i Bulgarien og Rumænien, hvor hhv. 40,4 % og 38,8 % af folk anses for at leve under forhold med fattigdom og social udelukkelse.

Ikke overraskende er de EU-lande, der har den laveste fattigdomsrate, den Tjekkiske Republik, Finland og Danmark, med hhv. 13,3 %, 16,6 % og 16,7 %. Måske skyldes det, at ingen af disse lande er med i eurozonen.

Eurostat definerer, at en person lever i fattigdom eller social udelukkelse, når de tjener mindre end 60 % af den gennemsnitlige nationale indkomst.

25. sept. 2017 – Søndagens nationale valg i Tyskland har, som forventet, efterladt nationen i en tilstand af kaos. Begge de traditionelle, førende partier blev knust, mens det tredjestørste parti nu er det nyligt skabte Alternativ for Tyskland (AfD), et højrefløjsparti, der ikke har noget program, og som kom frem gennem at skabe anti-flygtningefrygt. Kansler Merkels CDU-CSU-koalition fik kun 33 % af stemmerne – partiets dårligste resultat siden 1949 – mens SPD, der har været i koalition med Merkel siden 2013-valget, fik kun 20,5 % – deres dårligste resultat siden Bismarck!

Merkel må forsøge at danne en koalitionsregering. SPD havde tidligere fremført, at det ikke vil fortsætte i den nuværende koalition og vil sandsynligvis fastholde denne holdning. De partnere, Merkel sandsynligvis vil gå til, er det Frie Demokratiske Parti (FDP) og de Grønne – to partier med meget forskellige politikker i forhold til Merkel og til hinanden. Selv Merkel indrømmer, at hun sandsynligvis ikke vil danne en regering før ved årets slutning. En nyt, hurtigt valg er en mulighed, men vil sandsynligvis ikke give et andet resultat.

Alt imens AfD ikke er et fascistisk parti, så omfatter det elementer fra den ekstreme højrefløj og racister. Partiet får nu 94 pladser i Forbundsdagen, der har 709 pladser.

Helga Zepp-LaRouche, der opstillede som kanslerkandidat for partiet BüSo, beskrev resultatet som katastrofalt, i betragtning af, at Tyskland var den sidste, relativt stabile regering i Europa. Hun udstedte følgende erklæring i dag, hvor hun identificerer årsagerne til krisen og de nødvendige løsninger, som BüSo vil forfølge med fornyet ihærdighed:

Helga Zepp-LaRouche: Tyske vælgere afviser den neoliberale politik

Helga Zepp-LaRouche, kanslerkandidat for Borgerrettighedsbevægelsen Solidaritet (BüSo), udgav en kort erklæring den 25. sept. om resultaterne af Forbundsdagsvalget den foregående dag. Her følger en oversættelse:

Det politiske jordskred, der gjorde partiet Alternativ for Tyskland (AfD) til det tredjestørste parti i Tyskland, vinder af delstaten Sachsen og den næststørste styrke i de andre stater i den østlige del af landet, er endnu et udtryk for afvisningen af den neoliberale politik, der førte til Brexit og Hillary Clintons nederlag. Kansler Angela Merkels kommentar om, at CDU/CSU stadig er den stærkeste gruppe i Forbundsdagen, som ingen kunne regere imod, selv om henved en million vælgere havde vendt det ryggen, viser, at fr. Merkel er lige så uvillig som Hillary Clinton til at indrømme grundene til sit dårlige resultat.

Partierne i den Store Koalition [CDU-SPD] blev straffet for deres neoliberale politik, for Hartz 4 [arbejdsmarkedsreform], for politikken om et budget, der balancerer, og som har drevet en voksende procentdel af befolkningen ud i usikkerhed på trods af rigelige skatteindtægter. Det, der er sket, er præcis det, jeg allerede havde advaret om i Brexit, i Trumps valgsejr og i folkeafstemningen om ændring af den italienske forfatning: denne bølge vil fortsætte, indtil den neoliberale politiks uretfærdigheder er blevet fjernet.

Valgkampens absurditet blev klar i den såkaldte »elefantrunde« [et talkshow med »sværvægter«-kandidaterne]. Efter medierne og de etablerede partiers kandidater havde præsenteret en valgkampagne, der var tom for nogen af de store spørgsmål, forvandledes dette talkshow efter valget til et slagsmål, hvor deltagerne endelig gav deres frustrationer frit løb. Anne Will gjorde det til et princip at udfordre Alexander Gauland [fra AfD] til at indrømme, at AfD kun er imod ting, men ikke har nogen løsninger. Det er selvfølgelig sandt, men der findes heller ingen løsninger i de to store partier eller i de tre andre partier, der nu er kommet i Forbundsdagen.

Elefanten i porcelænsbutikken i denne »elefantrunde« er det nye, overhængende finanssammenbrud, der truer med langt at overgå krakket i 2007/2008. BüSo har til hensigt at øge sine bestræbelser på at implementere, på globalt plan, et Glass/Steagall-bankopdelingssystem som den eneste måde, hvorpå et ukontrolleret kaos kan forhindres, sammen med venligtsindede kræfter i forskellige europæiske nationer og USA.

BüSo vil også optrappe sin kampagne for at få Tyskland og de andre europæiske lande til at tage imod Kinas tilbud om at samarbejde om byggeriet af den Nye Silkevej. Det er den eneste måde, hvorpå man kan udvikle Øst- og Centraleuropas og Balkanlandenes økonomier og industrialisere Mellemøsten og Afrika. At bygge den Nye Silkevej tilbyder den eneste farbare vej til at overvinde årsagerne til bølgen af flygtninge på en human måde. Dette kæmpede BüSo for under valgkampen, og vil fremover kæmpe endnu mere. Og vores politik bliver den fremherskende, på trods af censuren, fordi den er i Tysklands, og hele menneskehedens, interesse.

Mener du, at ideer er vigtige? Så er BüSo det rigtige parti for dig! For BüSo adskiller sig frem for alt fra andre partier derved, at vi forandrer verdenshistorien ved hjælp af ideer og ikke, gennem ’de små skridts politik’, pragmatisk forsøger at opretholde en verdensorden, der muliggør en udvidelse af privilegier for en lille elite og til gengæld berøver flertallet af menneskeheden et fremtidsperspektiv. Det program, som vi i 1991 foreslog som respons på Sovjetunionens opløsning, nemlig den økonomiske integration af Eurasien gennem den Eurasiske Landbro – en Ny Silkevej – som kernen i en ny, retfærdig, økonomisk verdensorden, er nu i færd med at blive virkeliggjort af Kina og yderligere 110 nationer, altså flertallet af menneskeheden. Det, vi dengang udviklede som et udkast til en fredsorden for det 21. århundrede, og som vi i de 26. år, der er gået siden da, har præsenteret på hundreder af konferencer og seminarer i hele verden, er nu, i de seneste fire år, siden den kinesiske præsident Xi Jinping i september 2013 satte den Nye Silkevej på dagsordenen, med en fantastisk dynamik vokset til at blive en helt ny model for verdensøkonomien.

16. sept., 2017 – Selv om der finder tektoniske forandringer sted i verden i dag, ville man aldrig gætte det ud fra de temaer, som de store partier i Tyskland rejser i opløbet til forbundsdagsvalget den 24. sept. En slående undtagelse til denne fornægtelse af virkeligheden er Borgerrettighedsbevægelsen Solidaritets (BüSo) kampagne, med Helga Zepp-LaRouche som formand, under sloganet, »Tyskland må tilslutte sig den Nye Silkevej«. Valget finder sted søndag, den 24. sept.

I en appel til vælgerne, udstedt den 15. sept., identificerer Zepp-LaRouche klart mulighederne. De kan »smide deres stemmer ud« ved at vælge et parti, der har støttet den nuværende verdensorden med sine interventionskrige – og den flygtningekrise, disse krige har skabt – og det voksende svælg mellem rig og fattig, skriver hun, og som ikke er lykkedes med at rette op på de fejltagelser, der førte til finanskrisen i 2008, og som har ført til et endnu mere dramatisk finanssammenbrud i dag.

Men, advarer Zepp-LaRouche, de vil også spilde deres stemmer, hvis de vælger et parti, der kritiserer de etablerede partier, men ikke tilbyder en løsning.

Alternativt »kan De vælge et parti, der ikke alene har en vision for en bedre fremtid for menneskeheden, men også har organiseret kræfter i hele verden og etableret relationer, der kan få denne vision til at blive til virkelighed – Borgerretsbevægelsen Solidaritet (BüSo)«.

I sin appel henviser Zepp-LaRouche til BüSos årtier lange kamp for en retfærdig, økonomisk verdensorden, som senere blev sat på verdensdagsordenen af Kinas Nye Silkevej, eller Bælte & Vej Initiativet.

»BüSo er forpligtet over for at bringe Tyskland fuldt og helt ind i et samarbejde med dette initiativ, og til, sammen med Kina, Rusland og andre lande, at udvikle økonomisk de lande, der er blevet ødelagt af de nytteløse krige i Mellemøsten og Afrika.«

Samarbejdet i den Nye Silkevej ville ikke alene være med til at løse flygtningekrisen, fortsætter Helga Zepp-LaRouche, men er også i den tyske Mittelstands interesse, eftersom det ville skabe mange produktive jobs og mindske arbejdsløshed, især for unge mennesker.

Desuden er »en ny, retfærdig, økonomisk verdensorden den eneste måde at sikre varig verdensfred« i en tidsalder med atomar krigsførelse.

Helga talte polemisk til vælgerne og sagde, at, hvis de hidtil kun har hørt misinformation eller bagvaskelse om BüSo, skyldes det, at det transatlantiske establishment er »stiv af skræk over, at perspektivet om den Nye Silkevej er meget mere attraktivt end status quo«.

Måden, hvorpå mainstreammedierne har behandlet BüSo i denne kampagne – og derudover enhver, der udfordrer EU-bureaukratiet eller Wall Streets og City of Londons interesser – rejser mange tvivl, bemærker Zepp-LaRouche, om, hvor meget pressefrihed, demokrati og menneskerettigheder, der egentlig »er tilladt i vores land«.

Efter en gennemgang af hovedpunkterne i BüSos program, konkluderer Helga Zepp-LaRouche:

»Jeres stemme tæller. Smid den ikke ud, men investér den i fremtiden. Stem på BüSo.«

Døden og ødelæggelserne i Yemen i dag finder sted udelukkende for Saudi-Arabiens hånd. Den seneste FN-rapport (fra 5. sept.) skønner antallet af dræbte civile til at være mindst 5.500 i de forgangne to et halvt år; og med endnu mange tusinde sårede. Tilfælde af kolera har oversteget 600.000, med mindst 2.000 dødsfald, iflg. Verdenssundhedsorganisationen. Faciliteter for rent vand og kloakering er blevet ødelagt. Millioner af mennesker er fordrevne. Der er mindst 19 millioner mennesker, der har behov for humanitærhjælp, og over 7 millioner mennesker har desperat behov for mad. Men saudierne blokerer nødhjælpsleverancer. Saudierne har bombet mange hospitaler, skoler og sociale sammenkomster. Storbritannien og Amerika leverer våben; USA yder genpåfyldning af brændstof og overvågning. Med udgivelsen af detaljerne sagde selv FN’s højkommissær for menneskerettigheder, Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, den 5. sept., at yemenitterne lider under »en helt igennem menneskeskabt katastrofe«. Han krævede en undersøgelse af overtrædelser af internationale humanitære love.

12. sept., 2017 – Med denne provokerende titel midt i den aktuelle debat om Kinas Nye Silkevej i den tyske valgkampagne, udgiver avisen Junge Welt i sin udgave af 13. sept. et interview med BüSo-lederen Helga Zepp-LaRouche (der opstiller til kanslerposten i Berlin-kredsen).

»Bürgerrechtsbewegung Solidarität definerer sin rolle anderledes end andre små partier«, lyder avisens headline-kicker.

På spørgsmålet om, hvad BüSo står for, svarer Zepp-LaRouche:

»Vi ønsker et nyt paradigme i politik – væk fra geopolitik, og frem til menneskehedens fælles mål. Vi mener, at en fortsættelse af geopolitik i sig bærer faren for en konfrontation med Rusland og Kina. Det er én af grundene til, at vi støtter præsident Xi Jinpings initiativ for skabelse af en Ny Silkevej på basis af win-win-samarbejde blandt alle verdens nationer.«

»Men ’atlanticister’ ville opponere, at dette lyder som en Eurasisk Union!«, indskyder intervieweren, idet han her citerer denne, den mest kontroversielle »russiske« idé.

»Det går langt ud over dette«, svarer hun. »Denne nye model for økonomisk samarbejde er blevet vedtaget i Latinamerika, og frem for alt, i Afrika. Det sprænger selvsagt grænserne for en Eurasisk Union. I denne udvikling af Afrika ser vi en enestående chance for at løse flygtningekrisen på et humant grundlag: Vi besejrer langt om længe konsekvenserne af kolonialisme og IMF’s betingelsespolitik, der er vedhæftet tildeling af kredit, og som fulgte efter kolonialismen. Udelukkende kun udvikling af infrastruktur vil skabe forudsætningerne for en reel udvikling af hele kontinentet.«

Efter flere spørgsmål med relation til den tyske debat i valgkampen – flygtningekrisen, spørgsmål om skatter og beskæftigelsessituationen, samt uddannelse – stiller Junge Welt spørgsmålet, »Hvor realistisk mener du, det er, at dine ideer vil blive vedtaget?«

»Visionen om den Nye Silkevej var vores idé, en plan for en fredelig verden i det 21. århundrede. Vi har arbejdet på det i 26 år, og den kinesiske regering anerkender fuldt ud vores andel i dette perspektiv. Vi fremstilles på en meget mere fair måde i pressen dér, end i mainstreampressen her. Vi er således et parti, der opererer på et fuldstændig andet plan end andre såkaldte ’små partier’. Og jeg håber, at dette også vil give sig udslag i stemmer.«

»Er du opdraget som socialist?«, forsøger intervieweren.

»Jeg er opdraget som humanist, som en verdensborger«, konkluderer Helga Zepp-LaRouche.
